Drink was made incorrectly, and barista just said no it wasn't. Horrible customer service. More interested in their phone than their job. I'll not be back.

Staff is never on time I’ve came to this location at least on four different occasions and no one was there. I ordered online and when I get there nothing. The hours clearly state 6am-8pm. I ordered at 6:23am and arrived seven minutes later not a person in site.

Rude as hell, dont follow directions and when someone is being leniant and nice to you. You shouldn't take advantage of their kindness by being rude and disrespectful. I get that you don't know how to make coffee properly and that's why everyone in our vehicle was being patient and nice but at the end of the day we were treated super poorly and didn't even get what we wanted

I JUST went through the drive thru and ordered a medium coffee. I went to take a drink and thought it felt really light. I opened the lid to see they barely filled the cup! $6 for this!?

I have never met a Starbucks employee who refused to make the drink as I requested. She ignored my request at first & when I finally got her attention she was rude. No apology, no "we've changed our policy", nothing. Just a cold stare down. Not the usual Starbucks at all. Maybe they train differently in a Krogers Starbucks.

Slowest Starbucks service in Cincinnati. Took me almost 20 minutes to get a drink. Quality of drink was below the average. Go to the next one!

Had only one employee working. Wife and I stood at the counter four over 4 minutes. Employee made eye contact at least 3 times and said nothing. She was obviously busy; however after no verbal communication we left and went about our shopping. We looked back after about 5 minutes and noticed other customers being served. So much for taking care of all customers.

The 2 times I have visited I’ve had issues with one of the workers. I don’t know what her name is but she’s always complaining about her job and customers. Today I visited and was hoping she wasn’t there but she was. She then proceeded to complain about how long the line was to one of the customers and snapped at me when I repeated my order nicely. I will never return due to her attitude. If she truly hates where she works, get a different job where you don’t have to deal with customers.

Pulled up, ordered, song blasting in the place, they took a moment and they were all singing and they said, “sorry were having fun!” And proceeded to get my order wrong. Just a normal Mocha Cookie Crumble, and they didn’t put chocolate chips in it. If they were out they didn’t let me know.

I just visited one of the Starbucks locations within Kroger (8000 Princeton-Glendale Rd.) Order#012029. First when I went to pay for my order of $26.35 the lady at the counter told me I couldn't use the scan and pay which I always use. Then I asked the lady about the 24fl Oz cup that I'd just purchased not even a minute before. I asked her which was the newer cup the one I purchased or the cute orange cup that they had hidden. She told me the orange one was newer. I asked if I could exchange my cup and she told me no I would have to wait an hour to do the return at the Kroger customer service desk. What was the big deal if it was an even exchange. I have NEVER been treated in that manner at Starbucks. It's not like it was even crowded because I was the only customer. This type of treatment is unexceptable.

Had very poor customer service. Logan, I a manager I suppose, would not allow a CO worker to give me change for a 20 so I could give a tip. Not a pleasant store would suggest going elsewhere for your Starbucks needs.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks, paid for extra syrup in one of the drinks and it was made wrong, got a remake and it it was made wrong again, watched her make it and didn't put extra syrup.

Not even a one star I wouldn't recommend this Starbucks. I just ordered a Christmas drink which I asked to be made hot TWICE, I pull up to the window and my drink is made iced which I nicely told them that It was suppose to be hot. They remake the drink and it's literally watery and has a hint of a chai taste which I didn't ask for a chaitea, so I have to go back around and go inside this place after waiting in a long a** line, The older lady with the black hair that works at this location is in the back saying "is this the drink that we just remade" so she walks up to me and snatches the watery drink from the counter. I won't be back to this location and I recommend that no one else visits... just wasted my money on bs
