Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Every single time I go SOMETHING is wrong. Either something in my orders messed up, one of their machines is broken, I get pulled forward into the parking lot bc they need more time to make my food (it's never anything outrageous that I order) n don't want to run their clock up, something is missing from my order... Like it's legit always something.

Great managers awesome store, food relationships

Amazing service. I recommend going here. Me and my friends go there a couple times a week and the staff is the best. The food is amazing and unlike Burger King the food is cooked.

Orders are always wrong. Ice cream machine is always "broke"My food was absolutely disgusting. The burgers looked like dehydrated sausage patties. The sandwich was wrong and then they kept making the other orders before fixing mine.my fries were cold and the places is just dirty.

The last 3 times I have went through the drive thru over the last few months have been excellent experiences. Fast, food correct, also fresh and hot Smiles and thank yous as well, that goes a far way on someone's day believe me!

I went through the drive through for my son and ordered him 2 double plain hamburgers with no cheese at the speaker pulled up to pay went to the pickup up window was ask to pull up to the second pickup window to wait 10 minutes. We'll I got my order it had cheese . I go into McDonald's to have it replaced I wait another 12 minutes. She brings the order to me I go out to the car and hand it to my son he opens them and their are onions on both sandwiches. Now I'm pissed I go back in and said this is ridiculous . She replies they're short handed I told her I didn't want to hear it because this is the third time . I told her I want my money back and that the employee need to get off the drugs . I went to burger King and ordered and received the food in less than 3 minutes altogether. Far as going back if I can't get what I order and they call it a drive thru for a reason so you don't have to get out the car but 95% of the time I have to get out. So Bellaire McDonald's can chalk my business from here on out. Until you can hire some non drug addicted employees. Bellaire gets a new Frappe machine what do the employees do to it they broke it purposely.

Rude customer service and disgusting food. 99% the time their cooking equipment or drink machines are not work. I would not recommend eating here. Choose to not eat or find somewhere else.
