We came here from Springfield, due to poor service, long waits, and cold food at the Dunkin there and in Urbana. Online states they're open. They're not!TEMPORARILY CLOSED! Reopening on 3/31/24.We wasted our gas & still have no coffee. Ugh. Why is something SO simple, so DIFFICULT to get these days? Someone please update Google!CLOSED UNTIL 3/31/24!
Tried to use the drive thru but was told she only was taking mobile orders, so I drove around, parked, downloaded the stupid app, placed my 6 sandwiches & frozen hot chocolate. Paid via the app, so it would be quicker, and got back in line, only to get to the window 5 minutes later, to be told that she didn’t have hot chocolate mix.
