My husband picked up dinner tonight and they forgot our 10 piece nuggets. I called them and Josh said to come on back. I drove over and explained to the young man working the drive thru and he told me to come on around....there were a few cars in front of me and he handed me a bag of hot, fresh chicken nuggets and told me he wasn't going to make me wait in line. Now THAT is what I call fantastic customer service. ?

This particular McDonalds never gets the order right. Sometimes, you can get a pup cup, and other times, they say they don't do that anymore. I have asked for an ice ream cone in a cup, and they could not figure out how to do it. They brought the stuff to the window and asked what to do next! I will NOT be returning to this establishment! Stupid kids are trying to run a business and can't!I ordered 3 sandwiches and a 4 piece nugget. When I got the order, they didn't even have one sandwich on the order, so I had to go back through, which I really don't have time for!!
