The employees were nice,they were busy so we waited around 30 minutes for our food. server came back said your food will be out soon. came back 10 minutes later and said the order that she wrote on her own server pad was never placed. asked if we would like to re-place our order we said no. went to the counter to talk to the manager the young lady obviously was shaken and couldn't say anything besides I'm sorry and I don't know when I was asking her question.She offered for me to talk to her GM as far as a resolution was concerned. I declined due to her being very overwhelmed.I choose 3 stars due to the fact that the were kind, busy, and the store was taken care of and also how overwhelmed the young lady was.long story I will never go back there but I'm sure , not everyday is like that for them.

Placed an online delivery order to be delivered at 11:45 (at 8:11am)12:15 still no delivery called the store was told they had no drivers and they called door dash to deliver my order and it had left the store already. My order finally showed up 35 minutes late , half my lunch time was over and they could’ve cared less at the inconvenience.I was still charged the 4.99 delivery fee also and they did not give it to the dasherCheese sticks were stuck to the inside of the box

The restaurant is fine, but the Pizza Hut app needs improvement. Impossible to sign in with my name and password. According to the local restaurant, corporate has been aware of the problem for several months, but nothing has been done.

Ordered at 8:53 tonight. Never came. Now their closed.
We placed an order for pickup and arrived five minutes before closing to find the door locked and the employees inside laughing at us and refused to acknowledge us. So we were charged for an order that we did not receive. I'll never order from here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
