Rude and poor customer service. Didn't care about customers. Waited 15 mins for a drink cup and several others not even acknowledged. You're suppose to treat your customers right. I was a GM for another fast food franchise and I would have never treated any customer in this manner.

I ordered the steak grilled cheese nacho fry and paid almost $7, and it is really unfortunate that I ordered extra and it still doesn't even come close to how the advertisement looks. Sure advertisements are to entice customers into buying. But this comparison is outrageous. Also the customer service is terrible. When we asked how much a regular portion is we just kept getting told it's a small "it's a small portion". Someone in our group ordered a regular Portioned and got 9 fries.They also didn't get there cups for 13 minutes. "Fast food" and "sale service" at the belpre location has really went down hill.

Food delivered through doordash... food made wrong.. DoorDash won't fix it the store won't fix it. So had to reorder that food comes the food is hard n cold. First time cold n wrong. Had items allergic to in it after asking for it to be PLAIN. They said oh it'll be right second time... nope still not. It's

Taco Bell used to be my favorite cheap, fast food. Now it's neither cheap or fast. There menu has skyrocketed so high in price that we basically don't go anymore. Very disappointing because I still like the food.
I ordered 31 dollars worth of food for the family and when i got to the house i realized my quesadilla was missing. Not a big deal typically mistakes happen so i drove back to taco bell. I explained the issue and instead of apologizing for wasting my time and gas they accused me of lying. On principle alone i will never eat here again and i would not recommend this place to anyone.

Bruh not gonna even lie this is the first taco bell that actually gave me what I ordered especially when I asked for extra onions and creamy jalapeño sauce, they weren’t stooges about it and gave me a legit amount of “extra”. Hats off to these guys for listening to their customer requests and actually giving them what they paid for.
