“We regularly order from the Bagley location but this time we had a different experience. My husband fell with the pizza and was stuck in the doorway. Your driver, I think Brian stayed there to help him as much as he could. He stayed and called 911 and stayed until the rescue squad came. He could have just left, but he took it upon himself to stay until the squad got him loaded in. He deserves a special for going the extra mile. “My experience was phenomenal! I was attending this restaurant for a group study session. I’m vegan and I must say I’m impressed. I mentioned to the server that it was my first time and he explained everything. The gentleman was very informative. They prepared fresh falafel for me which I was very grateful for. I enjoyed a vegan cookie as a treat. “My partner and I stumbled across this place on our way to somewhere else, and I'm so happy that we did. The food was phenomenal.Tom Yum Fried rice - delicious and packed with that sweet and sour flavor.Summer Rolls - Incredibly fresh veggies, and the peanut sauce is especially good, better than other Thai options in the area.Pad Kapow Spicy Basil - my partner got it with duck, which was tender and with perfectly crispy skin, just the way it should be.Crab Rangoon - my partner is kinda basic and orders this everywhere he goes, but we were impressed by how much crab is actually in them! Often you order these and they're just deep friend packets of cream cheese with a whiff of crab, but these had almost a 50/50 ratio. Very tasty.One thing that stood out to me overall is that everything tastes very fresh and clean. All of the veggies, from the lettuce in my summer rolls to the peppers to the green beans to the herbs, we're all extremely crisp and fresh tasting. Everything has that fresh homemade taste to it.All in all, we will definitely be back here frequently, since it's so close to home. This definitely qualifies as a hidden gem. He is in the mix rolling up his sleeves working alongside the employees. They always provide the meals quickly whether dining in or carrying out a large order. “I can’t visit CLE airport without getting the Health Nut smoothie here. Every time it’s delicious and consistent because they measure the ingredients. I’ve also had bowls and smoothies that have all been great. The ingredients are fresh and sauces are full of flavor. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend it. “Wife and I called in an order of pulled pork and the pulled chicken. Got green beans and coleslaw. And asked for an extra piece of cornbread. We had nitro been here before.It was a delicious dinner! There is constant ringing of the phone that you can hear since the place is so small. I walked into here and was seated in a booth, which came with complimentary tortilla chips and salsa, which tasted good. I ordered the burrito de la diabla, which is a spicy burrito with chorizo and beef inside with a side of rice. The burrito wasn’t very spicy, but it tasted quite good nonetheless. My booth had a bottle of hot sauce with it, which was much spicier and added a lot of flavor to my meal. After having this hot sauce with my meal, I left, satisfied with my experience. “Such a great BBQ joint! My husband and I were visiting Cleveland and stopped by here on our way out of town. I’m so glad we did. It was quick and friendly service while also having delicious food. The meat was tender and juicy - even without the sauce. The sauce was the right amount of sweet and savory and the baked beans had a delicious smokey taste. “The service was great! You can tell the way the owner interacts with customers that they have been coming for years. The gyros and chicken tenders were next level. My girlfriend got hers with fries and we split them up. They’re decently sized. The fries were okay since they were fresh. You can tell they slice them in the back and fry them fresh. I’d suggest a little baking soda to crisp them up. Baking soda alkalizes the water. It breaks down the pectin in the potato and brings the natural starches up to the surface. Making it extra crispy! “I first went to a McAlister's down in North Carolina years ago and am happy that there's one nearby! I will add more photos next time I go but today it's so cold I just got soup. The staff is always friendly and ready to greet you as soon as you walk in. They have a great selection of sandwiches, salads, soup, and loaded baked potatoes. “Oh, my golly, what a menu! My elderly parents and I had so much to choose from. All three of us thoroughly enjoyed our comfort food meals. I had pierogis and my dad had open faced roast beef. The place was very well attended but did not at all feel cramped. A lot of "regulars" were there it seemed. Clubhouse had the perfect south/ west side Cleveland ethnic feel to it. I can't wait to go again and again and work my way through the menu!“

“A gem. Easily my favorite neighborhood pizza joint. Open very late. Prices are very reasonable, especially if you pick up and avoid the DoorDash etc up charges. Wings, fries, cheesesteaks are very good. Family run- pick up the phone and order - a friendly, polite, responsible adult will take your order and get it right. Odds are your order will be ready in 15 minutes. They actually act like they like to sell you food. If you must have a mass produced, franchise pizza, don't come here. The pizza is throwback thin crust; kind of a cross between old fashioned New York style and St Louis style. I like groovy Neapolitan pizza too, but that's another restaurant. The sandwich bread is fresh. The fries are crisp, not soggy. The portions are generous and carefully wrapped and packed. It would have benefitted from slightly less time in the oven. The crispy honey glaze was underwhelming. Quite frankly, the dish lacked flavor. I’ll the pork next time.Overall our experience was a positive one, and I feel confident about recommending it. This is a place that has a good atmosphere but doesn’t make too much fuss about itself. It stands on its food and it stands well. “I have had a rocky experience with Pulp. One day, I ordered from them on DoorDash to celebrate with my friends. When we receive it, one of the smoothies is opened and spilled on top of the drink carrier. Later that evening, both friends and myself got seriously sick. We all had different meals, besides the Pulp smoothies. Now, usually with frozen foods, like the amazing manager Brett informed me of, it’s very unlikely to get sick from them when they’re freshly frozen and used within a short period of time. I had called and made a complaint about my experience, and Brett assured me that he would look into it with his Pulp establishment and reach out to DoorDash corporate to get to the bottom of this. In return, for my inconvenience, Brett from Pulp had sent me a very nice letter and a $30.00 gift card to apologize and make amends for what had happened. I went from leaving an upsetting 1-star review to an amazing 5-star review, just from the customer service alone! The smoothies, though made us sick, tasted phenomenal as always, so I have to give them that at least! Thank you again, Brett!“
