Service here is the worst! Ran in to get one item around 8am and all they had was one set of self check out registers open with the longest line! No one even seemed to care! Customer Service desk was even the slowest... Wake up! People have things to do and places to get to, add some pep in your step!

One of the worst Krogers I've been to there's never a cart they're always out in the parking lot but yet employees are standing around doing nothing the managers are worthless they can care less about this store they never have more than two lanes open there's always four five six people deep trying to cash out and don't try to go to customer service there's always seven or eight people in line they're so slow there it would take you half a day to get through they're always out of the same things weekend week out the employees could care less about the store they all just stand around play on their phone they could care less the store is getting worse and worse time to start going to Giant eagle

Make sure you are getting deals marked on the shelf when you check out. Often times the sale price does not ring up correctly and if you don't catch it before your order is totaled up, you are out off luck. The only recourse is to go to the customer service station to request a refund and usually there are 5 or 6 people already in line. Most people, including myself, don't want to wait half an hour to an hour to maybe get reimbursed.

Been coming to this krogers for more then a decade live right by so it's always been so convenient and staff was always friendly Until recently . There are always expired sale tags and no lines open but self check out which usually the lines are all the way backed up. Most importantly management not all but most is rude and dismissive of my concerns when brought up. The 1 I waited 15 minutes to talk to and she was rude didn't care and raised her voice at me in front of so many customers then storms off. When I try to call the store to speak to someone i can never get through. This place is very sadly going downhill .

The Christmas Grinch has a name... Kroger in the Brewery District... I have been relying on their pickup and delivery service since my brain injuries, but this week they accepted an order for delivery on Thursday, then moved to Friday, then moved to Saturday, then cancelled without notice or offer to reschedule. (I know, you might be thinking it's due to weather, but they are fulfilling orders placed after mine and in fact they can't even find my order now, and weren't interested in order # or screen shot). The multiple people I spoke with on the phone (including management) had zero interest in helping and some didn't even know Kroger offered delivery. They also had zero interest in any solution, even a pick up order before Monday. My physical limitations were also of no interest (by the way, don't rely on using an electric cart at that store...they are usually all taken by able bodied "joy riders") I'm trying to serve a few people for Christmas Eve and can't drive or Uber to Kroger and do it myself due to physical challenges and they won't even offer to set up a pick-up. They could care less. May the Universe reward them justly, and may the people I spoke with tonight find it in their heart to rejoin the human race. Oh and I'm a paid Kroger "Boost" member, so what I have described is their "premium" level of customer service.

The pharmacy is terrible! The staff are rude and really do not care about their customers. I always have to make multiple trips to get my regular prescriptions. The auto refill is a joke. I have been told insistently that one of my prescriptions (Vit B12) , which I have filled there multiple times--that it was not even prescribed and they looked at me like I was a nut--and I might add not so quietly so that others looked at me like I was a nut. The issue was they did not recognize the generic name-this does not give you a lot of confidence. The B12 is by injection and when i initially picked it up they did not give me ordered syringes--when I challenged this I was told to go to another pharmacy--they refused to even call to verify that I could get them. I refused and suddenly the pharmacist produced a box of syringes! I could go on and on-but if you have a choice go elsewhere.

Nothing to see here but another bourbon run to check inventory while out of town. Parked in their spacious clean lot and headed right into the sectioned off liquor area. The staff never approached me for help. I browsed and saw a few interesting bottles of bourbon but left empty handed. The shelves were clean and organized. Much is dependent on delivery days in bourbon hunting and they did not have the harder to finds I sought. They had some good bourbons, just not what I needed. The service was non existent which drops them to a 3.

Pharmacy at this location leaves a lot to be desired. More often than not there are long lines and I have waited as much as 27 minutes. The last two times they told me that the medication was not covered by my insurance and they tried to charge me at a none insurance rate. I have received this med for over a year (covered by insurance) Both times I had to contact the insurer and they verified the coverage. The last two refills I received 50 tablets instead of the prescribed 60. Each time they stated that was all the insurance will cover. Prior to this (over 12 months) I had been receiving 60 pills

Check your pickup order. You cant return or exchange things right now. I have been attempting to do my part in stopping COVID19 by using pickup services, even though I don't live anywhere near this Kroger. Every time, the people who bring my order out are very friendly, engaging, and wonderful. However, almost every time, there is something incorrect about my order. Most recently, I needed low sodium soy sauce. I checked 'Yes' for substitutions in case they were out of the specific type I'd ordered, but I specified it had to be low sodium. I did not notice I'd gotten regular soy sauce (and also, a small tray of meat and cheese whose packaging was punctured and the food within, discolored) until I got home. I was unable to exchange either item. I'm thankful I only lost $6. I've resolved to shop only at independent stores for as long as this lasts and my experiences here have proven to me that I need to try finding an independent grocer as well.

This is probably Covid-19 related... I have noticed that there has been an incremental increase in prices in the last month or so. This is for both "high demand" and "lower demand" items. It's understandable for the high demand items (toilet paper, cleaning supplies, cheese, eggs & medical supplies). But, an increase on "lower demand" items as well too ? I did notice a "Price Gouging" complaint was filed on the Ohio AG website recently. ---
