My favorite is the chili lasagna and my husband loves the big breakfast. During our last visit french onion soup was one of the specials so we tried it. It was the best french onion soup ever! We are hoping this soup will be on the menu again soon and often!

My Mom and I decided to bring my 91 year old Grandmother here for lunch and the overall experience was not great at all. We were not greeted when we walked in yet the staff and some patrons just kept staring at us. One of the waitresses brushed by and asked how many and told us to go sit at whatever booth we wanted but once she came to our table the first thing she did was move my grandmother’s walker saying it can’t block the exit. Still no proper greeting. We told her it was our first time there and my Mom doesn’t eat meat yet she gave no guidance on the menu, no suggestions she just seemed frustrated and in a rush to walk away and once she started answering My Moms questions about the menu she was rushing and overtalking so my Mom just got quiet to let her finish. Eventually another waitress came over to take our order and the food was “ok” not really anything to write home about especially with terrible dry customer service. Needless to say we all agreed we would never come back to this location! They were not friendly or helpful and it felt like we walked into a 1950s diner the way they stared at us 3 black women. It truly felt like we were not wanted there.

First time here. Came based on many local's suggestions and good reviews online. So many delicious choices! I went for a double decker sandwich and man, are these things huge! Really fast service even during a busy lunch rush. Can't wait to come back and try some chili and some yummy looking deserts.Parking: During a busy lunch rush, parking can be challenging.

Came in for a big family dinner and everything was great! We had two younger kids with us and the staff was very accommodating. I got the 6 Way Chili, which was on Guy Fieri's show. Pretty good! Don't be afraid of the bottle caps, they're just fried jalapenos - not too spicy, tasted like jalapeno pickles, and adds a great crunch to your dish.

As far as Cincinnati Style chilli goes this was by far and above the blandest. The spaghetti noodles were overcooked and soggy. The chilli was almost tasteless. I used the available hotsause to be able to make it palatable. The Cake on the other hand was absolutely yummy. If I go back I'll just get a burger.

This is the saddest salad I’ve ever seen. Ordered a to-go order and barely got anything. Don’t recommend ordering ahead if this is the small portion you’ll get. Very sad about this:(

There are tons of chili options in the Cincinnati area and this is the best that I know of. I always make it a point to visit at least once every time I visit Cincinnati. Just outstanding! PS for all restaurants- please consider sanitizing items such as menus and salt/pepper shakers between customers, thanks!

Went here for Cincinnati Chili Week. Was crowded and that's always a good sign. This is also a DDD spot and the dill dog is amazing, especially if you add a hot dog to it.
