The bagels at Bruegger's (and its sister Einstein Bros. chain) will not be confused for New York (or Detroit) bagels. Yet they have certainly improved over the years and are the clear choice short of Detroit. The service at the Blue Ash store has improved dramatically over the past few months.

So disappointed. Loved to stop here in the morning. BUT it gets worse and worse. Rude service (if you can call it that), out of stock, long waits for your food and a dirty lobby. Today there were rude signs to their customers posted EVERYWHERE regarding their new ordering system. I think they have forgotten people have choices and they will like me stop coming no matter how good the bagels are.

This place used to be pretty good. But the people they got working in their now are horrible. I'm not sure if it changed management or what but I would stay away from this place.

Went there today at 1:05 pm. Lousy atmosphere, toasted bagel was burnt all around the edges. The two females were not talking to each other, the taller one set my bagel on the tray to toast it. However. I stood there for 8+ minutes and more before she even put it in the toaster.. All she did was disappear into the back room and walk back out minutes later without doing anything. She waited until another couple walked in before toasting my bagel with theirs?! The manager had to step in and fix/finish my bagel. I give the manager credit for apologizing, but the taller girl needs to go. I Will Never Return. I’ve had attitude problems from personnel at this location before. Their bagels aren’t worth it. I pitched it in garbage!

Stopped in around 11am. For other customers were in the store. We walk over, get in line, and wait... And wait some more. And some more. In all this time we were never acknowledged by any employees. No one greeted us at all. No "welcome, we'll be with with soon" or "thanks for your patience," or even a smile and a nod. We ended up leaving workout ordering because we had already been standing about ten minutes and the people in front of us hadn't ordered yet either, but had the people ahead of them been checked out. Everyone was being completely ignored by all three employees in sight. I don't mind waiting a bit. That happens, but being completely disregarded? No thank you. Do better.
Bruegger's Bagels is delicious and I prefer them over any other "bagel" place. Not a knock on Bruegger's but, like everywhere else, the prices have really gone up.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of eating at the Bruegger's Bagels restaurant near my location, and I must say it was quite a disappointment. From the moment I walked in, I couldn't help but notice how the place seemed to be on the brink of closure. The location was shockingly barren, with most of the tables and chairs removed, leaving just three booths tucked away in the back. It gave the impression that the place was about to shut down, which immediately set a dismal tone for the visit. To make matters worse, when I approached the counter to place my order, I was met with an even more unpleasant surprise. I ordered two bagels with cream cheese and a medium coffee, expecting to enjoy a reasonably priced breakfast. However, it was nearly eleven dollars. What a joke. The price tag alone was enough to leave a sour taste in my mouth, but it was the excessive amount of cream cheese slathered onto each bagel that truly sealed the deal. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the mountains of cream cheese heaped onto the bagels. It was downright excessive and frankly, quite disgusting. I understand that some people enjoy a generous spread of cream cheese, but this was beyond excessive. While I can't fault the bagels themselves, as they were at least decent, the overall experience was marred by the overpricing and the unappetizing excess of cream cheese. It's safe to say that I won't be returning to Bruegger's Bagels.

Facility was clean. Ample space for eating on patio. I felt the people at the counter could have done better customer service, like asking if I wanted a sandwich vs toasted bagel . Then, explaining options to me-- I noticed the "Build your Own" after I ordered. Maybe next time.
