Wyatt and his team catered box lunches for a corporate event we had. Wyatt was very responsive and made sure everything was perfect. The food was high quality and the tomatoes were actually ripe and fresh. We will 10/10 use them again for our corporate needs!

Customer service sucked the manager spoke the young girl made my sandwich was ok but the young man who rungs me out didn't even put my sandwiches in a bag and when I asked for one he just threw it on the counter and I had to bag it myself, mind you he bagged other guest food .will never come to this location in blue ash horrible customer service.

I struggle to give this restaurant only 3 stars. Our sandwiches were nicely made and ready at the desired order time. The problem is that as I was eating my first piece of my giant sub, there was a hair in the center of it. We had left the restaurant and were eating on the road so I did not speak to anyone about it. My lunch was definitely ruined. The rest of the family ate their sandwiches.The staff was very friendly. One of the ladies was singing along to the music which I thought was fun until I found the hair. Maybe they need to be more careful with their cleanliness and worry less about dancing around.

March 29th is day of giving so 100% goes to local charity, this case cancer research. Decent food for a good cause. $10 for a 6 inch. Definitely not the cheapest but is more like a deli as it's diced fresh.
