The best chicken sandwich

This bun is so old that it's not edible. Never ordered a sandwich before from here. Tried something new, and it's just terrible. It's hard to show, but that bun looks good yet is too old and dried out. The waffle fries are not even warm. Expense lunch to throw away.

Our server, was incredibly friendly & super nice when she brought our food to the table she was making sure everything was good asked if we wanted any refills and was super nice and friendly to my kids !she had long black hair red jacket I don’t remember her name but I hope to see her every-time I come in

I don't eat a lot of fast food, and Chik fil A is one I rarely eat at when I do.I ordered the cobb salad, frosted lemonaid, med fry, and fruit cup.I honestly couldn't believe how fresh the salad was.Not one piece of wilted lettuce ?They put some whip cream in a cup for me to top my fruit salad.The frosted lemonaid is so good! Tastes like a lemon cream pop ?Everything was very good and the customer service was friendly, food ready quickly.All in all a very good experience. Very happy ??

3rd time I ordered and 3rd time your staff left something out - this time fries. I called your phone at the new Boardman Ohio location and the staff hung up on me. This is unacceptable and a joke with customer service. I will let everyone in town know you do not care about your customers and are inept at filling an order. 5 workers standing around and no one can fill an order correctly?

This has to be the worst store in the country!! The old owner his name was Billy, when he was there it was great I went at least twice a week. I’ve given it several chances but never again it completely sucks. I sure can tell Billy and Amanda are gone!!!!

If I could leave a zero I would. I put in a mobile order at 11am. Did not receive my food until 11:37am for 2 sandwiches. This is completely unacceptable. I will never come to this location ever again. The new one was much faster than this and it was way more crowded. Do not come here if you can avoid it, just drive across the street.

First off I pre-ordered my food on the app and attempted to go through the mobile drive-thru pick up line since it was advertised to be faster. I waited in line for 25 min after arriving at the drive thru for my food! After about 20 min a worker came to me politely and said that they didn’t have any wraps left (this is about 25 min after I ordered because of 5 min drive time) then asked if I wanted another sandwich. I asked for a club with no cheese. I was asked to pull forward so the cars behind me could move. So how could the 4 cars behind me get served before I was even asked which sandwich I would want differently? By the way, I have 2 young kids in the back seat, so this is becoming a real fun time for me.Before I left the person at the drive through gave me a gift card for a free sandwich, but it is only for that restaurant location. I also ordered a drink with no ice, but when I got home there was cheese the sandwich and ice packed my drink. After sitting in a line for 30min with 2 young kids in the car and getting home with my meal still screwed up I didn’t even want to eat it and it became food for the trash can.My bill was over $47, food was wrong, and I waited longer for my food than if I went to a dine in restaurant. I don’t have any ambitions going back to that location after that experience. Besides, the gift card for a free sandwich doesn’t cover the original wrap that I wanted and doesn’t make up for my entire meal being screwed up.

No one inquired about us at our table as they do at 224 location. Generally it was less accommodating than that to which we are accustomed.Spicy chicken sandwiches were not available because they were not thawed out. That shows lack of foresight.

Went thru the drive thru which was a disaster.. had to order without seeing a menu then had to pull up 10 ft to confirm order.. at first was over charged by $5, after that was fixed we pull up to pick up food which took way longer than it should have. No “ my pleasure” from not one of the 4 people we dealt with in the process, which is disappointing. Get home and have no napkins, no apple juice for the kid and they gave her regular nuggets instead of grilled that was ordered.. the food was okay but not what I’m used to from Chick-fil-A.. just a big disappointment

This place is absolutely freaking terrible, ever since they converted from a franchise to corporate this store has become worse than mcdonald's, absolutely terrible, it shouldn't take me 30 minutes to wait for one single order whoever the general manager is has no idea what they're doing. There's no leadership here whatsoever and no sense of urgency to serve anyone this place is an absolute joke
