My husband stopped there, I think it was Saturday, for lunch. First time and last time. The young man at counter said , the only kind of bread we have is wheat. We said that was okay and that it was our first time in. So I said I'd love to have a meatball sub. He says sorry we don't have any meatballs today, but we do have some chicken ones. Yuck! My hubby and I said no thanks and left. We both had the same thought when we got to the car....like isn't this a restaurant, and they are supposed to have food and bread? Weird place.

Great place for subs and salads. Food is always delishous. We love all the firehouse decor as well. We also love how much they support local fire departments. I would definitely recommend it.Parking: Parking right in front of the store.Kid-friendliness: The kids' menu is reasonable, and they get a cool plastic fire helmet.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap spots and tables available.

This was my first visit bc i usually go to Subway. I was impressed! Idk why i didnt learn of them sooner. This will be my PREFERRED sub shop! I see they donate to fire departments...WOW! Food excellent! They wear gloves! Establishment very clean! Employees respectful!

My wife and I went to get a t- mobile Tuesday special, my wife ordered and it wouldn't come up with the app. So the cashier got the manager and she said that had to be use with the app. And my wife said the app wasn't working and the manager over rode it. Then I tried to order the same thing on a separate order two accounts, the manager refuses to give me the t-mobile Tuesday order and told me that I had to use the app. That didn't work and instead I had to pay full price. The t-mobile offer is free medium sub with any purchase. Apparently the offer is not good, when the app doesn't work. FALSE ADVERTISING AND REAL GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE MANAGEMENT

These guys make tasty sandwiches. Once you try Firehouse you will never go to Subway again. Try the New York steamer, the cheddar and brisket, the Jamaican jerk turkey, or the tuna. I like them on their great tasting wheat bread.This location was particularly fast, friendly and clean. My NY steamer was thoroughly hot, juicy, and delicious.

So I finally tried this place and thought I was going to love it but was sooo disappointed! I guess you shouldn't go 30 minutes before they close...I asked for 2 of their pizza melt subs and asked to get the garlic bread that they should come on and got home to have 2 subs with just 2 pieces of pepperoni..hard plain white bread...no toasty garlic bread anywhere....with a little bit of plastic cheese!!! Yuck! I think the workers were already checked out for the day! Walked in to attitudes and mopping the floor not even saying to watch our step! Disappointed!

When in there in order to Subway sandwich. The sandwich exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely fantastic. The service was second to none. Everyone in there was so nice and help me with the menu by explaining everything. Great service sub place and I recommend it 100%.

Paid over 70$ for 5 sandwiches- 2 of which were made wrong (one had the wrong meat and the other was not something that we had ordered), a salad with the wrong dressing, and a less than half full bowl of Mac and cheese- that I had to go back for because the staff forgot it.
