Hot head burritos is like a better Chipotle. The employees are very nice, and the food is amazing both times I've ordered there. The option to toast your burrito is something I never knew I wanted until I tried it here.

Ordered a Chicken power bowl....menu price was $10.50. I went to pay and was charged $16.00. Asked why.....was told because they put double meat and guacamole but I did not say I wanted double meat. If you order any other bowl .....they don't assume u want double meat. I swear they do what they want at the customers expense. If I wanted double meat......I would of ordered double meat. I will never eat here again!!!!!!!!!!!

So for starter the lady who made my bowl Ashley is a true artist he portions are amazing and her craftsmanship is out standing and the while waiting to check out Mariah was explaining to a first time customer the in and out of how hot heads works and making your own meal and she just explained with out judgement and in the kindest way I have ever seen. The staff at this location truly are above and beyond any expectations and I Ean tto thank them for an amazing experience

I think Hot Heads tastes great! I always get a burrito from there with chicken. I think it's awesome that they do buy one get one coupons occasionally. That definitely makes me want to come in more. I appreciate the nice service and quality of food I receive every time I come.
Hotheads is one of my faves. I think it's the variety of sauces, fun combinations and rewards program that really put them a notch above Chipotle for me. Teriyaki chicken and the Leroys bowl are some faves in our household and you can still customize it, bowl or burrito. If you have a sweet tooth, you MUST try their Brookie. It's a double layered fudge and chocolate chip cookie brownie....so delicious. I've been here at store opening and closing and their food quality remains consistent. Ask for their Hotheads sauce...yummmmy!Vegetarian options: They have sautéed veggies, salsas and beans making it a great vegetarian option.Parking: More than 15Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly and very casual
There are a lot of food selections in this area. But Hot Heads is the best option. The food is amazing. Quality is high and consistent. Our favorite place to eat in this area by far. Destroys Chipotle on every level. I hope they never change!

Got there around 7:30. Wanted a burrito and a bowl. They didn't have rice stocked but we waited for her to grab it from the back which took a few minutes and the other staff didn't greet or even acknowledge us while waiting.When the girl did come back with the rice to start our dishes they only had one serving of fajitas left which we both wanted. The girl said she'd have to make them from scratch...we didn't end up waiting since we were in line and already waiting for our food.No ingredients ready, also there was a mobile order girl waiting and she came when it should've been done, but wasnt..Disappointed because the food is good at other locations and they don't even have the food ready here..

My wife brought our child here a few weeks ago. The lady working remembered him today and I thought that was really sweet. Workers are awesome the food is awesome. We'll always go here for our burrito needs.
