Quality of food is bad, very bland. Service is great! It’s not the workers or cooks fault the food was terrible. Cheesecake tasted like it came from a frozen box with no flavor, taste like creamy water with frozen strawberries. Chicken tasted like a bland Tyson brand, the noodles were good, steak very hard to chew. Sadly I will no be returning because they must be ordering very cheap quality food from their venders. I initially went for the new sale $13.50 pick your own pasta, we were not offered soup with that which it’s supposed to come with soup. The servers and I spoke with the manager about it and she refunded one meal and I didn’t ask for a refund so that generous of her, the staff go above their duties. On Wednesday night it was not busy whatsoever and very quiet, so it was a peaceful atmosphere. Since corporate is choosing to serve very low quality food, I will not be returning. The total bill was $77 for 3 meals before tip (even after she took $20 off for steak meal) and we don’t buy alcohol but we all got desert.
I don't care what some people say, this place is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!We never leave disappointed.

Food was good, service was prompt, restaurant was clean. Food is pricey but the unlimited breadsticks and soup or salad make up for it. The only reason I have one star for service is because the waitress clearly had an attitude. I understand people have a bad day or whatever the issue is but when your in the business of customer service you got to drop the attitude.

Atmosphere started out a little cold from outside but it was warm by the time I ate. Service was great!
I just came from Olive Garden, there were 3 groups of people who were paying for their own bill. I ordered mine and I said I would like a salad and bread sticks with my meal. As well as the others. Salads came for to two other groups. I did not get mine. I was told to share with the others. Even though I said I would like my own as I paying for it. By the time I got some salad it was the left overs of the others noting left, and bone dry. I went to find some new but no one to be found. I did speak with check in girl and asked for a salad and dressing. Well that came10 minutes later. It was not busy. Only about 4 tables. So the dinners came everyone else had their salads , we did not eat the bread sticks as they were old and hard. I still waited for my salad. I ordered fettuccine and it was dry and stuck together. And it was not all fettuccine it was spaghetti. I did get my salad after my fettuccine came. We asked for hot bread sticks as the ones we had were cold and hard.The waitress didn't seem to care. So when it came time leave, she brought boxes for everyone. I got one so I had to wrap them in a napkin. Others gots bags. I had to grab a box from someone else to put my salad in. Needless to say we did not like our meal. $22.00 for Alfredo spaghetti not fettuccine. Cold hard bread sticks. And no salad with dressing. I use to love Olive Garden. Never again. It was not busy at all and this was almost 5 pm. So I guess that said it all. Not like it use to be and not busy.

Me and my 7yr old granddaughter went and had a good time. And I bet the server was surprised I left her a $20 tip. That's all the money I had on me and I said I'll just give her the whole thing because not only did she deserve it but I remember when I use to wait tables and be soooo thankful and grateful that someone tipped me 20 because sometimes people don't tip at all. But I do and especially at buffets too

We were told a 20 minute wait (got there around 1715) but they got the two of us in in under 10 minutes. The waitress was great, providing our drinks and food in a expedient fashion. We hardly finished our salad and our food was delivered to the table. Great experience and would go again.
