Didn't even get a chance to be seated when there were maybe 8 cars in the parking lot. We came at around 9 on a Saturday, we were told we'd be seated "soon" and then stood there for a couple more minutes while the staff appeared to be arguing over something, so naturally, we left.

We order online almost every week to our office. Food is good but every single time I order and go to pick up at the quoted time, it’s never ready, I always have to wait at least 10 minutes for them to bring it out or even acknowledge my presence. Granted I always order around 11 am so nobody is usually dining in but that should leave room to have my order ready when I arrive. It’s every. Single. Time. Today I came 15 minutes after the quoted time in hopes I could grab and go as it is for my boss who has a very tight schedule and needs lunch at a certain time if he wants to eat, and it was still not ready. Would be fine 2 or 3 times because I know how restaurants get but it’s been over 10+ times. Frustrating

Placed a to go order over the phone. Young lady read it back word for word and my order wasn't right. The wings were very dry and tasted burnt. Also I, specifically asked for all flats. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I won't be back to this location.
The food was nasty and was cold. Had 4 people with us and we all got the food at different times. Some was done eating before the other got their meal. The waitress only showed up a couple times that's it. The place wasn't even busy. Big disappointment.

The atmosphere is great and the service was very good. The food on the other hand was average. Nothing to write home about. I had a grilled chicken sandwich and fries. The sandwich doesn’t come with any sauce but the menu says you can “lube” it up with any of their sauces for $1

One of my Favorite wing place . Never been disappointed.. But today 10/2023. My wings was dry I asked for mild sauce couldn’t even tell Anything was on them. My cookie was raw . After I had to pull in a parking spot to wait for it..I did drive thru.. Got home and was pissed!!’

The food was cool and wrong food came out soup I had to asked for the worst was they were not busy at all I try to got to these all the time I was very disappointed in this location I asked for my boneless wings to be soaked in juice due to no teeth it was very limited juices. Then they charge me for a triple order of juice. ( hot& spicy) the fish was soaked in grease

Place is filthy. Carpet looks like it needs a good cleaning. Table was dirty on the top and underneath. Had to ask for silverware two times. Waiter was awful. Better places to dine.?
