The cafe has a lot of natural lighting. It's wonderfully bright during the day, and at night the overhead lighting is cozy and unobtrusive. It usually smells like coffee and pastries. It's a great place to have a snack and work on my laptop, especially with the free WiFi!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are labeled on the menu with a 'V' next to the food item.Parking: There's a four spots by the side door. There's mobile parking, handicap parking, and two regular parking spots by the front door. The back has four parking spots right against the building and a huge back lot. It's never hard to find parking spots.Wheelchair accessibility: There's handicap parking, wheelchair accessible seating, and the bathrooms have handrails.

Worst Starbucks in Youngstown. More worried about drive thru customers than in store customers. I ended up leaving store because they didn’t even take my order. No customer service at all. Don’t waste your time.

There is an older lady that works here seems like maybe just part time and she is the wooorrrssstt. She has a sour face & sour demeanor to match. Her customer service skills are abysmal. At first I thought maybe she just having a bad day but I've seen her several times now & she is an absolute kill joy every time.

This place is absolutely terrible!!!I walked up to the counter and was within two ft of four ppl,and nobody even acknowledged me.. I had to get their attention like they was my guest... The employees don't give a D about anything here .nobody was nice whatsoever , and they didn't even greet me or Apologize for the wait ..

Soooo…I spilled my venti iced coffee all over the floor and Bradley cleaned it up. I felt so embarrassed and horrible to impose extra work on them but Bradley made sure to calm me down. It was an excellent learning experience as far as how I react when my children spill something. They offered me grace and kindness. It was one of the best Starbucks experiences I have ever had. And I’m at Starbucks literally every day all over the country as i travel a lot.

Came here this morning (9/13), with no drive-thru line. waited 5 minutes for a single drink (not complaining at all). while i am waiting for my drink in the drive-thru line, i can hear the employees conversation as if they were speaking right to me. the conversation was inappropriate, to say the least. and i can hear one employee in the background laughing saying “you have a customer right there” as if no one cared. after that was said, an employee threw a bagel OUT OF THE DRIVE-THRU WINDOW! at first, i thought they threw something at my car it happened so fast, then i heard an employee ask another employee if their was a bagel that was just thrown, and it was. all employees laughing like they don’t have a customer in front of them! all of this happened while i was waiting in the drive-thru line for a single drink! if you’re gonna throw away food, don’t do it out of the drive thru window, WITH A CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF YOU!!! embarrassing, disrespectful behavior, all with a bunch of loud laughing. i came here the first couple weeks this location opened & had loved it. but after going this morning i am not too happy with the service i received and seeing how much the employees care about their job and just simple manners. at least wait until a customer isn’t waiting on you in your face (literally) before you decide to discard food out the drive-thru window. i thought that was thrown at me at first. strange behavior
