I ordered my food almost a half hour ago, was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago. He is just starting on it now. I should not still be waiting. I order this stuff on the app in advance so I don't have to wait like this. I work a home health care job and need to go multiple places in a short amount of time. I'm going to be late punching out and the one written up because the food could not be ready when promised or in a timely manner. This is completely unacceptable.

I don’t typically review places… used the app to order a meatball sub and a boss sub (fancy meatball sub that costs over $12). I received a piece of bread with meatballs and sauce. No cheese. It was pretty disappointing when I got home and unwrapped it.

Apparently there's no fresh brewed tea, lemonade anymore. It's fountain junk. Sub was sub par. I wont be returning again. There's a reason that there's never anyone there.

The ladies that run this place do a an excellent job. Always friendly and the place is always exceptionally clean. They take pride as if they own it, and they may. If not, I hope the owner appreciates them.

Ordered two Italian subs very good and tasty .My husband got the Meciccaly sub . All very well made. Server made the sub very well .

I just visited this location here , and this younger female employee was literally stuffing her face 8 feet from me in plain sight ,EASYILY to see ,and had didn't care anything about it.im sorry ,but I didn't grow up that way , or was always told when working w food , or in a restaurant ,that IF YOUR GONNA EAT ANYTHING ,DO IT OUT OF SIGHT ,WHERE THE CUSTOMERS CANT SEE U .. how do I know of this girl would even wash her hands etc. Early she has no major concern for anything

The lady working is nice and helpful but I feel bad that it seems she is the only one and it can get busy which can cause a wait. It's not her fault though. She does her best and the food was good albeit over priced since the change.

I go here as my primary location, however, I think there were two new workers when I got there and felt unsatisfied. The woman with black hair and slight discolored green highlights (in her roots) was speaking so soft that probably mice or dogs can’t even hear her. Please instruct your crew to speak louder and clearer despite masks. Thanks.
