Food was not very good, actually got food poisoning from it. Service is always great. Atmosphere is alright, it’s fast food so you can’t except a ton.

All of the burger kings in bg are great, but this one is my favorite. Farthest away from the highways, it's usually the least busy and the staff is friendly and helpful. Use the bk app and you can get really good deals. Only ding during today's trip is the music was a little loud but it was an empty dining room so do with that what you will.

The lunchtime shift is spot on. The put the fast in fast food. The order was accurate and the ladies were friendly.Parking: Parking is right by the 24 bypass and close to the new roundabout.

Ordered a double whopper with cheese I got a single whopper with no cheese and they still charged me. If you are pissed because someone shows up and hr before close to order food then you need to get out of the food business. And you want 15 dollars an hr for less than minimum wage work ethic. It’s not like I walked in, sat down and ordered a bunch of food for you to make. When I come back I will be checking everything right in front of you just to piss you off more.

They take one person at the drive-through and then make the next person wait 25 minutes to get to order their food it’s supposed to be fast food if I wanted something slower, I would’ve went to Kroger‘s and made it myself not only that the check out the window is

The lady who took my order in headset needs customer service training. People spend the hard earned money at your establishment and should not be treated like they were a bother to your staff. The young man was very kind.

If I could rate the service lower I would. Don’t come to this place unless you wanna wait in a drive through line for 20mins. They take one order to the window at a time not really “fast food”.
With the whole delivery/Doordash way of ordering, I have a concern. Burger king should take a piece out of McDonald's book, by means of using drink carriers INSIDE the delivery bags, instead of putting one sticker over the hole of the drink lid. I'm sorry, but you still can't trust people these days. So as soon as I recieved my (cold) order last night, I went straight to the sink to dump my drink out. It could have easily been tampered with JUST by taking the lid off. I'll pass. I've been reading so many horror stories lately of delivery drivers being so mad about tips/etc, that they do things deliberately. Yes, I did tip. Yes, I was hungry. Yes, I was mad that I wasted money. Just sucks that there's times where I'm too exhausted after getting my kids to bed, that I don't feel up for cooking for myself, so being able to order from one of my favorite fast food restaurants is an awesome thing. When it's done safely. Also, why are dudes showing up to deliver it under the name Jasmine...or a picture of a female is under the drive profile and a dude shows up. That kinda freaks me out with what's going on in the world today. ??♀️

Worst fast food joint in Bowling Green, Always a line around the building, wait 10 or more minutes for just 2 hamburgers, CLOSE THIS BK AND IR HIRE A STAFF THAT CAN HANDLE THE SO CALLED LUNCH
