Our experience this evening has been so disappointing. First, it is quite obvious that the employee helping us is extremely inexperienced, judging by the fact that she didn't know how to make any of our orders correctly. I ordered a Sugar Cookie Blizzard and instead I got VANILLA SOUP in a moldy cup. If i wanted soup I would have driven down the road to Panera. Next, my friend ordered a Royal Cheesecake Blizzard…that came with no cheesecake. We think the process of evaluation can be very productive and hope you learn from this ❤️

This place is definately NOT the same quality as when Mr. Myles, owned it. The female order taker is the only reason I'd return because she had a great personality and I saw her do alot of work. Off to the Sundae Station I go from here on out.

my friends and i come here all the time after a long day, a good day, a sad day, etc. you can never go wrong with dairy queen. this location is fast, accurate, and super friendly. we're on a college campus so there are times when 20 of us come in at one time and they're always super nice

This location used to have some charm to it, they did things their way and it was honestly better than what corporate did. But they switched over to corporate stuff leaving only a few of the original changes that made this location good behind. I will not be eating here again, among other things portion sizes are wayyy too small to justify the food prices.

Just no. If you've got to be somewhere within an hour of ordering your food, you might as well just chose somewhere else. Dairy queen is not in a hurry, they don't care if your ice cream is melting while you wait for your food order. Slow.

The employees were friendly and made sure I was pleased. I was satisfied because they were quick with the food. Love the face about this DQ is that it is now under a new ownership and they were very nice and kind to me.Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian options and also the good thing is they do have vegan dilly bars. I did enjoyed the food there.Parking: The parking lot is clean and there is a lot of space to sit outside and have treats.
The food is disgusting. You pay a premium for less than sub-par food. The ranch is literally the consistency of water. The sweet and sour sauce has chopsticks and egg rolls pictured on it and the sauce itself reflects the intended use, not for chicken strips. This place seriously needs to just stop selling food. Spend your money elsewhere.

Has really went downhill. Ice cream is usually so soft u can't get a cone. All kinds of kids standing behind the counter talking about everything but waiting on customers. Service is slow and place is dirty.
