Just be prepared to wait an extra 45 minutes on top of when they say your order will be ready.Listen to whatever music they have blasting in the back. Don't bring your kid in if you don't want them to hear uncensored graphic music.Half your order will be cold and the box will be so soggy on the bottom it will have merged with the pizza.Other than that... it was fine.

This is how they served their new pizza last night. we dropped off toys to channel 13 toy drive and wanted a quick dinner. we live in Gibsonburg so it's not a quick trip back to get a replacement... dinner was ruined should have stayed with our great Macros pizza in Woodville Oh.

Pizza needed baked a little longer...other than that it was great!
Ordered a deep dish and got this abomination. Clearly not baked in a dish and was just a small pizza pressed into a square. Manager, who was clearly high, could have cared less and told me it was fine. Never going back. I included an image of mine and what they are supposed to look like so maybe the employees cab take a look and make it properly for the next poor s***** who orders from them.

If you advertise hot and ready. Don't tell me that it will take 25 minutes. Last two times no food was ready. Do better.
I'm never disappointed in the food or the service! Their pretzel crust pizzas are THE BEST thing EVER created imo. Their cheese bread is the amazing! The staff are always nice and accommodating, no matter how busy they get. I honestly can't complain for good tasting, GREAT VALUE pizza.

Why is it that the price of the hot-n-ready pizza increased, but the size of the hot-n-ready pizzas decreased? My kids still love it. Which is the only we rarely get it. But still. It's become a complete rip-off.

Came in to the store and waited for 10 minutes without being spoken to. Several employees just looked at me and kept on working without approaching. After the ten minutes, Simone came out, smirking, and just said “Um….it’s gonna be a while.” And just stared at me. Really poor customer service. The place looked filthy as well.

By far the worst little experience I've ever had. Messed up my order, which happens, especially during rush. Then they forgot to add parm to the remake as well as the original. To top it off they forgot to give me the marinara sauce I bought and when I called their only solution was to get it another day.
