Was the best experience I have ever had at Pizza Hut. The server was the absolute best!!! If you go in there to eat, ask for Leael to be your server!!! You won't be disappointed. She will tend to your every need!!!

They didn't have prices on the menu. We had to use a scan. It showed a special that day. My husband ordered it. Girl came from the kitchen and said he couldn't have it because they didn't remove it from the scanned menu. Really?

Not sure what happened at this location, last time we went in, nobody there and the service was horrible. This time, place was packed, service was impeccable and food was beautiful.Parking: Parking is a bit of a pain once people start going there and it blocks part of the path through the parking lot

Service has always been good here, and the food consistently good.
We have lunch here often on Sundays after church. Though they are short staffed, they did a wonderful job at keeping up with all the tables. It was busier than a regular Sunday, too. A little patience from the customers goes a long way for everyone to have a great experience. The food was hot and delicious and the service was great.
Today at 5:30 pm, I took my family into the BG Pizza hut. They had 2 tables and another table of employees goofing off. One young guy who acted like manager and waiter told us it would be 5-10 minutes, he ask one of employees sitting at table to help and he refused saying I’m on break. Another couple came in and waited too. Then manager says “we’re slammed” rude like and walked into back. We decided to take our business elsewhere. They were very disorganized and had no leadership. You were one of top 5 choices, and we love the cheese bread. Very poor service.

While the pizza was good, it seemed a little skimpy for a deluxe. Service was ok, she came back a couple of times. Everyone there was nice, friendly.

I was really wanting to just come and enjoy a old fashioned pan pizza in a old fashioned Pizza Hut with a dining room. The first thing I noticed was how every table was dirty even though no one was in the dining room. This place is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. Very dirty restaurant.
