They never ring your drinks up correctly or make your drinks correctly. The staff is constantly changing so there is no consistency...and only a couple of the employees are friendly. The rest are rude.

If I could I wouldn't put a ANY star. The drink that I ordered was a Peppermint Frappuccino Mocha, and it had too much ice, NO flavor, and straight up watery! I went in two times and received the SAME but worst. I usually NEVER complain or leave reviews anywhere because I am grateful for whatever I get, BUT this drink was so BAD I have to leave a review. Please don't waste your time here. They also rushed us to make an order, and wasn't friendly at all!

I placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru to place an additional order and pick up my mobile order. I sat at the window a solid 10+ minutes waiting for a cold brew with cold foam (which I mobile ordered). They accidentally put cream In it and when I pointed it out- there was no apology- we will make u a new one. It was another 5 minutes handed it to me without a word. 20+ minutes in that line total which is crazy to me. Not to mention the quality of how this sandwich was made- literally the top was half way off but stuck to it by the cheese . I won’t return to this location.

Horrible service, very slow.Food was still cold. Took over 10 minutes to make a chai latte.Baristas too concerned about making mobile orders that sat for the entirety of the time it took to make my drink.Bathrooms were dirty, no creamer, sugar station.Easily the worst Starbucks I’ve visited
