Wow this place is beyond ridiculous and I’m seriously disappointed in the service. For someone that comes as often as I do and the mere fact I spend almost 50$ this trip just makes it even worse! I ordered 2 chicken tender baskets and told the girl both with ranch. Get the food NO RANCH not a surprise so I sent my son to go grab them and she tried to tell him that’s 2.00 ? so I went to the window explained I just got the baskets and just want the ranch I ordered with my food and she says well it doesn’t come with it and I didn’t hear you haha, ok KEEP your ranch and that 50$ I just spent bc we won’t be back and all over your 50 cent ranch you couldn’t give your paying customer bc you were incompetent

Good ice cream for BG. Some of the best buckeye sundaes around! The staff is quick and friendly.The outdoor seating area is looking pretty rundown, with broken picnic tables and clutter stored next to the building. Bees swarm pretty bad and all the sugary trash laying around probably doesn't help. We don’t eat outside of Sundae Station any more and take our ice cream to go.

It's delicious soft serve ice cream that has a lot of options. Not a lot to dislike. Only complaints would be the lines, but that usually means a place is pretty solid. They also accept credit cards but charge a small fee for it. At least they aren't cash only.

I ordered the avalanche with Snickers. The ice cream is delicious. The line was a little long but it moved quickly. We waited for just a few minutes. This was our first visit here and I will definitely be back soon.
