They insist on not helping customers when they order on the app but the store is out of stock (seems to happen at this store often). Elizabeth insisted that she was the store manager but is rude to customers. I wouldn't want her representing my company. When I got my coffee it was full of grounds and disgusting. But as soon as I was handed my food the window was slammed shut.

This is the WORST Tim Horton's I've ever been to and the WORST drive thru in Bowling Green. AVOID THIS PLACE. A coffee, a donut, a breakfast sandwich - all of it can found elsewhere in town and none of it is worth the degrading treatment you get at this restaurant.The employees are rude, slow, and will treat you even worse if you complain or ask for basic customer service. They will make you feel stupid if you ask for an item that is out of stock, like you should have known. The management can't/won't do anything about it.DO NOT order through the app or website. Your order will get bumped to the end of the list and they will serve everyone in the drive thru with you standing there for 30 minutes before even starting to prep your order. If you order online or in the app, the local store apparently cannot issue any refunds, credits, or other compensation when they inevitably screw up your order. You have to submit a complaint on the website, which will never be answered or addressed.Just do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Tim Hortons is usually a go-to for us in any other city or state, but this one is cursed.

Have had several bad experiences with this location in the last year. Last time, I finally asked for a refund and was told they couldn't do it and I had to go to the corporate website. No one ever contacted me. Food badly prepared and smashed into the bag like they were stuffing a sausage. Employees rude and bad at their jobs in general. Coffees weren't labelled so we had no idea who's was who's.Just all around the worst experiences possible and I'm not going to let them treat me or my family like we're beneath them and we're being a bother when we just had reasonable expectations for Tim Hortons: mid quality food and coffee prepared with even halfhearted attempts at something that isn't a thrown together mess. But they can't do that and they wouldn't talk to me let alone refund me.You're better off going to McDonald's who just this morning gave me a free hash brown for my long wait --and I hadn't even complained or said anything, they just did it! Customer service, what a CONCEPT! Matter of fact let me rephrase the beginning of this paragraph: you're better off staying home, burning $20, and licking a 9v battery. At least you'll feel like you're a human being once it's over and not like a slug being forced to crawl across a razor blade's edge.

They always ignore me!!! Every time I stand and wait to be helped they all walk past me and could care less! Now as I finally got helped she told the guy working on my order she told the guy to stop cause people were in drive threw

I love coffee in the morning and have been to many Tim Hortons locations! But this one in Bowling Green was just awful. I ordered French Cappuccino and tasted no flavor. It was also lukewarm. I couldn't even finish it. Not a fun way to start the day lol.Update: Thanks but I don't need to call about my trip lol. Just try to make the coffee more flavorful and hot. I love Tims but that's the first time I ever had really bad coffee from a location. ?

This particular Tim Horton's consistently delivers coffee that is luke warm at best. My wife returned to the store to complain about her coffee being down right cold, she was told that's what happens when you add creamer. I do not recommend stopping here.

If you order any of the breakfast wraps, it takes forever to get your food. I had my larger coffee gone before I got my breakfast wraps!! Super slow service!!!
