Never answer calls, takes 3 hours for delivery IF they even deliver it at all. I’ve had to cancel at least 5 orders several hours later because they don’t answer calls and unexpectedly shut the store down at random times. I also never get fully refunded, they keep the tip ironically enough. Great food but the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, wouldn’t recommend at all, it’s not worth it.

Ordered with Eat Street, and never got my order because they ended up being closed even though they were supposed to be open. I called wings over multiple times and they didn’t pick up. Had to cancel my card because it was a scam and started having some weird activity on my other accounts.

This place took forever to make my order, and the staff here is not very friendly. I waited 2 hours after placing an order in the evening to even get a message that they were working on my order just for them to tell me they didn’t have the sauce to fulfill my order (which was fine). The food was garbage, like the chicken was chewy barely any flavor even in combination with the sauce I got with my order. It was super bland. This place is so expensive for the soggy mushy food they serve. Your better off finding anything other place to drop money on tenders or wings, this place is not it

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed the delivery through door dash, which was my first mistake because they do their own deliveries. The order was placed before I left work (around 10:45) thinking it would be there around the time I got home. I sat around and waited, checked the apartment complex next to mine and the apartments above mine and still no sign of my food. I called once to ensure they got the order, they told me 15 minutes and it should be there and this was an hour after I placed the order. I called again at 12:30 and asked if I could get a refund and they told me I need to do it through door dash but the app was only giving me to stores number to contact so it's something from their end they needed to fix. As I was about to fall asleep angry and hungry as $30 of my money went to waste, I get a text from a driver asking which apartment is mine. I FINALLY got my food at 1:30 in the morning .... 3 hours after I placed the order. And the order was not correct and my tater tots were burnt and dark brown. Safe to say I will not be going back.

Apparently they don’t turn off their online ordering option when they randomly decide to close the business for the day. So it let me order charged me and made me wait an hour and a half with no notification that the food is not coming. Based on other reviews that I’ve read in the space, this isn’t surprising as customer service seems to be highly lacking. Unlikely to return as the food is nearly mediocre at best.

Best wings near the university! Location is centrally located and the service was fast. Overall, great experience.Dietary restrictions: We were able to order the wings without cornstarch.

I won't ever order food from here again and no one else should either placed 2 orders online total at separate times and days the 1st one was paid and placed but food never delivered I went up there to the doors being locked there were 3 other people tjere trying to get their food also finally someone came to the door saying they are sorry but they had a big order come through and we would get refunds then ordered the next week online again paid for but they didn't have any drivers to deliver it this time was told yet again would get a refund and didn't so that's twice I've placed an order online to be screwed over and have my money taken and not returned or even my food I tell everyone not to order/eat at this place they just steal from the customer if you have no drivers or even a big order and can't place smaller orders or orders at all the online should be disabled for ordering but none the less will never go back here sad cause I've ordered food a bunch through them but I will never ever again and you shouldn't either over 50 dollars stolen from me from this place
