They didn't know that if someone orders online before someone orders inside, the online order goes first. It took 40 minutes to finish my 2 subs, with only two people ahead of me.

Being in the country theres not many places to grab a quick meal. Staff is always super friendly. We go in every fews weeks. Love this subway.

The girls who work here with the nose rings both disregard their customers. I was just there ... I usually let it go, but while one was actively trying to undertoast my my sub by pulling it out well before the timer, the other was openly sneering at the elderly couple who showed up not much later. It feels like hate. It seems clear that the employees by and large dislike the community that they've found themselves working in.

This place is garbage!!!! Never a good experience at this location. Never going there again after today. After our subs were made I hand them cash and a coupon and the employee rudely says sorry we don't accept coupons and hands it back to me so I said thats weird so just give me money back I don't want the subs then and he says to bad no refunds either and him and the manager starts laughing and then throws my change down on counter. Never going back here again

My 12 yr old daughter and I went in around 630pm to get 2 subs. The girl working had her shirt rolled up and tied so that it was a crop top atleast an inch over her belly button. The whole time she made our subs I just couldn't make sense of it at all.Im 100% for all females big tall short small wearing whatever makes them feel good but at work? Which is a subway? Its cool to wear crop tops?Im probably the only one who thinks this is so ridiculous but oh well.

The girl who was working was very rude and the sub wasn’t even that good I would rather drive all the way to Lancaster to the one by rising then go to the one in Bremen ever again

Told us they only had enough for a 6 inch sub, after messing it up we called and said he would remake it. After being asked why he said he only had enough bread for the six and how would he remake it he said he has plenty of Italian bread. Please fix your staff, this isn't isn't first time we've met workers who don't want to do there job at Bremens subway.

Honestly, I don't like to see a lot of negative reviews, but I have to agree with those I have seen for this place. We done curbside pickup, and we were there 40-45 minutes longer than we were supposed to wait. My order was made with what looked like no effort. I have ordered the same thing before, and it was totally messed up the last time. I also found hair in my food. Our last visit was not a pleasant one. They have the extra stars because the other times we were there it was fine. We probably will go again, to give it another chance. If it turns out like the last time, you may hear more from me.
