“A lot of bars around Cleveland try to stand out and ultimately feel the exact same. But this place is such a vibe. I totally dig the neon/horror feel. It felt like a bar you'd see in a movie! From the lighting and props to the rock music and even the scary movies they played on the TVs really set the mood. I ordered the Carnival of Horrors, and it was really good, I would definitely recommend it. Bartenders are attentive and worked fast, and the prices were very budget friendly! Got 2 house drinks and paid like 15 bucks bucks(including the tip), most other places charge 10 bucks for a shot! The place is quite small, so maybe don't invite 17 friends over, but I'll definitely be coming back here again for more!“

“Decided to try this place. It doesn't look like much from the outside but you have to go inside and it is such a cute small restaurant. We were seated in the back room and our server was really nice and knowledgeable about both the food and drinks menu. We ordered a few drinks, all were so cute and fancy. Had a few appetizisers and the elk burger. Also decided to try the kitchen snack, which our server said it's different every time and for each table - we got chicken and waffles and were totally surprised, we weren't expecting that for a snack. Definitely wanting to go back and tey other menu items and cocktails“
“Been here a few times now and the past few times they were out of pierogies (if that doesn't tell you how good they are, I don't know what will). So I switched over to the mac n cheese (everything is vegan btw, and with most of the stuff you can't tell at all). The mac n cheese is incredible. Bartenders are always very nice, the food came out quickly and there are frequently shows, karaoke, or dollar country nights here. Pool if you're lookin' to play billiards, and the beer on tap is always great (got a two hearted IPA this time around).“

We loved the self guided tour you can take. It's just a walk around hallway posted on the walls. It tells you the beginning history of the Fat Head Company and how it landed in Ohio. Yes....we purchased a tin sign for the garage.“
“Place was packed. Parking awful. Being handicapped I had to walk way too far to enter. Very loud and noisy. Had a big group and had to shout to one another. My BLT was tasty. Service slow but the waitress was running around like crazy. Definitely needed more help. Have been here before and was much better the other times. Won't be bringing our group back here.“
“I've eaten here a few times as of writing this review. Overall, my experiences have been pretty good. Of all the times I've been here, there was only one negative dish. It was something the person had gotten many times before and they were surprised so it really felt like a one time thing. The management was really nice about the whole situation as well so it never soured the dinner experience. Every other time, our food was exquisite. The drinks are also pretty good. I've tried a different one every time and had been happy with all but one (which was a special and just not my cup of tea, there was nothing bad about it on the restaurant's side). The drinks are often pretty strong which is a plus in my opinion. The staff is great and the atmosphere is wonderful, especially if you can sit by the window on a nice day to see the restaurant's namesake, the creekside. Overall great and I will be visiting more in the future.“

“Such incredibly amazing service & yummy sushi. They even went so far as to change the music playing overhead, to a request (piano music) to make our dining experience that much more enjoyable. We were the only ones present so far, at that moment, being there for opening of the day. Was fantastic tea, fresh fish, and hot soup. . . I love the beautiful purple flowers that garnish some of the plates & each meal is presented with such an artistic flare - I did not want to disturb the food to eat it, was so pretty as presented ! “I was greeted and welcomed upon entering this awesome restaurant presumably the owner. I was presented my table in the lounge area and I thought I found a gem … a good eatery. I must say that the restaurant was beautifully decor’d with a pleasant atmosphere, soft music, food was delicious, and the service was excellent! Well, it didn’t start off that way. It took about 8-10 minutes to even be noticed and get a glass of water. It happens, I guess. Upon noticing their mistake, I was catered to throughout my visit to ensure I was completely satisfied … and I was! The owner stopped by several times and even offered a glass of good French wine as an apology but I hospitable declined … I was still the clock per se. The waitress was very apologetic, nice, and friendly. If you’re in for a great meal and great people to serve you … please stop by! I highly recommend this establishment for a good meal and enjoyable time.“
“The owners of Union House have done an amazing job of updating the bar and restaurant while still maintaining the working man charm of the original. I wish I’d taken pics of the food, it was delicious. The burger (sourced from Whiteys in Richfield)is a generous half pound and cooked to perfection. Fun appetizers like the Tater Kegs (tots stuffed with buffalo chicken) and the Parma Wings, (mini pierogi tossed in your choice of several different wing sauces) are a fun shareable. The Wednesday/Friday fish fry is available year round and is delicious. Served with a side of fries and coleslaw it really hit the spot. For the more health conscious you can get a beautiful veggie plate or choose from a myriad of salads and grilled chicken.“

Decent beer choices so everyone in our group is 6 could find something they would drink.Our server was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. “Family owned, neighborhood, old school pizza place. Have been going here for almost 40 years now, my kids and grandkids also enjoy it when we do. Original restaurant was in Northfield, then they opened one in Hudson, and now in Brecksville; owners Joe and Debbie are at the Brecksville location and will always greet you with a friendly smile, and 'sit anywhere you'd like'. Simple menu, doesn't really change, so you know what you're getting... pizza, Italian sausage sandwich, Italian sub sandwich, garlic bread with or without cheese, salad with or without cheese, double salad with or without cheese, various drink choices. “What a lovely little spot! I'm all about a good dive bar and we found the best one in Cleveland! Sherry & Simone were so welcoming, it felt like home. A pool table & curated jukebox were great additions and although we didn't eat (Sloppy Joes $4), I'm sure they were delicious. “I think my twin was the chef that discovered the steak and asparagus salad. I’m from Pennsylvania and didn’t even miss the French fries because the abundance of red onions, blue cheese and tomatoes mixed with the vinaigrette dressing made it even more enjoyable than a one of my favorite dinners; steak and asparagus. “Went last night and quite honestly, my only complaint was that the music was too loud and made it difficult to have a conversation. The Food on the other hand was amazing! My Spicy burrito was huge and I ended up brining half of it home. The friend I went with ordered the street tacos and presentation for both was superb! “I had ordered my burger medium rare. When it came out it was rare IMO. So I sent it back. Francesca, our server couldn’t have been nicer about it. I had taken two bites before I decided I just couldn’t do it. I told her to nuke it a minute and it would be perfect. They completely redid the burger, bringing a new one out. I couldn’t believe they did that. A lot of places just send you the same product out, and usually overcooked. ?. Not in this case. Francesca couldn’t have been nicer and more attentive. The burger and fries were awesome. You could tell it was made from fresh ground beef and not some preformed frozen patties. The toppings were all fresh and packed high. I had to mash the heck out of it to get it in my mouth. The fries were awesome as well. Done just right. My wife’s burger was cooked to perfection. (She likes well done) and she had hush puppies which were very tasty. I had a cup of clam chowder to try and it too was exceptional. Large chucks of clams in a super tasty broth with celery and carrot. I highly recommend stopping by and trying them for yourself. We will stop by anytime we are close.“
“Its been quite some time since I have been at this bar. But let me just say, I enjoyed my time here when I went. My husband and I decided to go out and get some food. The food was absolutely amazing. I really want to try and make this a weekly thing to go here and eat. The girls working behind the bar was so nice and welcoming. The cook was the best. I sat right by where they cook the food and the interacted with us alot. The people we sat by were pretty nice. Hopefully we can actually see these people again. They seem to be regulars there. “I am truly impressed with this establishment. We went for a late lunch on a Tuesday and it was pretty empty. The food was great and the service was prompt, friendly and polite. The place is HUGE. There are a few large dining rooms and a large central bar area. There is also a large outdoor patio and a huge indoor game room with a pool table, skeeball, bowling lanes and much more. They have trivia at 7pm Tuesdays. We plan on returning on another Tuesday for trivia. I look forward to playing in their game room too.“
