I came through the drive-thru last night and Michael that’s the name that’s on my receipt was so nice and sweet he gave me my order quickly and with a smile. The person that made my food did a wonderful job. This was my first time eating at an Arby’s and they made it a great experience. I will be coming back here again.
So I got there and ordered two roast beef sliders. The cashier read the order back right and the screen had the right order too. After I got my food I started eating it and saw the sliders looked like they had brisket instead of roast beef. Went back in and the manager told the people to make three roast beef sliders because we ordered brisket thinking it was roast beef. I just came from this restaurant and the food was amazing. When I walked in the door everyone said hi welcome to Arby’s and that made me feel so welcome. The nice lady at the front counter Sandy I believe her name was took my order and as soon as I ordered it I got it. And the young lady that was at the drive thru windows came over and greeted me as well this restaurant is really great. They really do seem like a family. I have nothing bad to say about this place.
