Went to Cracker Barrel today. First, staff was great, my meal, not so much. I ordered country ham with 2 sides of greens. The ham was overcooked, dry and leathery. The greens were tasteless, no seasoning whatsoever. Very disappointing as this is not how I remember Cracker Barrel.

Cracker Barrel is such a great place to eat, the food selection is abundant, they put a couple of salads on the new menu. Some new lunch options also, like pick 2 from a 4 item selecdelicious! I had a side salad and a loaded sweet potato, with some sort of caramel sauce, candied walnuts a huge marshmallow and it was deleicious! I wish I would have taken a picture. My mom had a Meatloaf lunch option. The General.store is my favorite to shop in, LOVE everything in there, especially, the Flamingo section Parking: There is parking all around the building. There are handicap spots in front of the patio of the building. All the spots are marked handicap ♿️ parking.

Nothing is as it used to be there. Atmosphere and staff is totally off, the theme is dead. The food is not good like it used to be, sad for the hashbrowns. Went woke, going to go broke. So sad.

I love the country kitchen style, it’s like eating at the kitchen table and looking at a nostalgic view.Dietary restrictions: There’s dietary I just had to use them.Parking: The parking lot is large and has designated handicapped parking.Kid-friendliness: Children love it especially the shopping area.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is wheelchair accessible but the store has a lot of things to look at which makes a little difficult for someone in a wheelchair to browse the aisle.

There was a long time for our food to come out to the table, just about an hour. The food was lukewarm, biscuits were the only items that were warm.Jessica, our server was amazing. It was her first day and she went above and beyond our expectations. She noticed something wasn't right and brought the manager over. The manager on duty tonight was understanding and apologized.
