“The ice cream was prepared exactly as it was shown in the pictures and advertisements. Pricing wasn’t too bad and definitely worth it. You could even split one of these with someone. We had extras in our freezer. Soooo yummy. I had the peanut butter cup specialty shake which came with a Reese’s cup and full nutter butter stick garnishing the ice cream. The worker was busting her butt getting these orders out. No inside seating but there were picnic tables for outdoor eating.“

“Whoever made my order deserves a SERIOUS raise! This was 8-7-23 at 10:58 according to my receipt. I had a somewhat what difficult order and you NAILED IT! I got a Carmel cappuccino blast made with Oreo s’mores ice cream and my friend got a mocha cappuccino blast with chocolate ice cream. We also got 2 scoops of s’mores Oreo ice cream. Ooh and also got a strawberry sprinkle donut at the last minute, i hate adding things on at the window so I truly I appreciated your patience. Our drinks were not only correct, but I really feel like the person who made them went above and beyond. They topped so them nicely and took pride in making them really delicious drinks. I believe it was a female who made our order, the only name on the receipt is Ashraf I’m not 100% sure if that’s who made the order or just rang it up. But really, the whole crew was working hard and doing a great job! This was the best service I’ve ever received at a Baskin Robins. “Vegan bakery in Lakewood and it's one of the best bakeries in the area (and I'm not vegan), but WOW, are their products tasty. I personally love their cookies and their cake by the slice. You read that right, you can buy cake by the slice. They will also do fun specials throughout the year that never disappoint. Plus service is always top notch. “I came in for the first time just yesterday, and it did not disappoint!! The chicken shawarma wrap was so good that I ordered a second one, and the crepe was divine!! The sauces that came with it on the side were INCREDIBLE! The owner and all associates I encountered were wonderful and friendly. “Greeted pleasantly and seated promptly (had a reservation). Server and additional staff were professional and attentive. Apps, drinks and entrées were as described, as well as delicious. Great menu variety for all tastes! Atmosphere is upscale, even though casual dress code. Great place to stop in when visiting downtown CLE for any event. Hilarities show was quite entertaining as well. Looking forward to going back.“
“I’ve read so much resentment towards ?????? and after visiting I don’t understand. The customer service is great. The cookies are thick but they have some interesting flavors. I enjoyed a 4-pack: old fashioned donut, cornbread, strawberry cake, and lemon ? cookie. I’d definitely return when I get a sweet tooth.“
