Order 2 medium pizzas and garlic cheese bread on Friday night. My son was holding the pizza we got out the car when we got home and it look like someone poured a whole pot of grease on his gray Nike Tech jogging suit which by the way is not cheap. I put stain remover on it and put in the washer and it still didn't come out ?

Waited 20 minutes past my expected time for pickup, no big deal.. they're busy. Got the food to the car was missing my sub. Had to go back in and wait to get that cooked. Again, cool I get it. Then get back home and all of my sauces are missing. No garlic butter, no jalapeno ranch.... 3 issues on one order is a lot.

I had my pizza delivered from the Memphis location. It was absolutely OUTSTANDING--honestly the best pizza I have ever had! This was my first time ever ordering from them and they now have a customer for life!
Ordered at 6:10 and didn’t get the order until 8:20. And on top of that, it was supposed to be contactless delivery. But instead this guy comes banging on the door and wakes people up. Not hard to follow

I had an issue with the app where it took my money but didn't confirm the order/send it to the shop. So I called the restaurant to check and see if they got my order and was told no by the man who answered. So he gave me to the GM Heather and she was fantastic. Not only did she stop everything she was doing (they were busy) to help me get refunded she even sent me an order for free for my troubles. She quoted me an hour for my food and it was there in 30 mins. Amazing customer service. Awesome team and GM will definitely continue ordering in the future
