Worse Mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to by far.. Wish I could rate zero stars ??♀️ Placed an online order only to wait an HOUR in a curbside spot, even attempting to go to the speaker multiple times but they want to sit around and pretend you aren’t there lol. I never ever write complaints but this was an extremely angering experience. It doesn’t help that you can’t even cancel or get a refund in the app, which is just that much more to be angry about. Called as the app said to and was told to refund it in the app, which you LITERALLY CAN’T DO. The worker talked to me like I was stupid when I know damn well how mcdonald’s works because I worked there myself lmao. Keep in mind the customers are the ones funding your checks & shouldn’t be having to deal with your laziness. As someone who is literally a manager in fast food & has worked at mcdonald’s before, this is absolutely unacceptable. Someone needs to put these workers in check.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life at any McDonald’s. I had an order. I use my app for a pop when they messed up my order I understood because I’m also in customer service, and I was trying to explain it to the girl and she slammed the window. I asked her to open up the window, and I was trying to explain to her, and, she treated me so poorly that I cannot believe that McDonald’s is still she called another associate young hair with young girl with red in her hair. They didn’t even apologize for the behavior. They made me feel like I was worthless.
Absolutely terrible service I was waiting for 10 minutes to order food. When they finally asked me for my order I told them what I wanted and waited for a response then they asked me not once but three more times what I wanted to order I replied to them with what I wanted three times in a row which it was a small order then was given attitude by the drive through worker so I left. I will not be going back to this McDonald’s at all do not go there lack of care for customers and serving and making the food in general
