My pizza is never hot with delivery anymore. Tonight, The driver sat at the the lot of the dollar general for about 10min. When I mentioned it to him. He denied it. But then I shared the delivery shows their movement and traction and they changed their response that they were making a delivery on pearl road and cut through. My food is cold
Worst service ever. They use door dash. My order was delivered to the wrong house and got nasty with me when I asked to cancel a order I never received. Questioned the picture door dash took to prove it wasn't my house and got attitude. This is why your closing stores will never get another penny from me.

So after 7 months or so of not ordering from Pizza Hut my son said let's try it again. Holy Moly we had it delivered it was quick hot and fresh. We got the pan pizza because of the crust it was really really good and those breadsticks were awesome! If you haven't had Pizza Hut in a while, Give them a call and place an order.

I tried to order using the website AND the app and it kept crashing on me. After 40 min of trying to place my order, I finally decided to call. They had my info right away, which was nice. But, when I finished placing my order, they just hung up! Which made me feel very uneasy about giving my payment info over the phone. I waited for an email or text confirmation and never received one. I called to check on my order and was told it is in the process of being made and then hung up on again! I am currently waiting for my order to be delivered. This was probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in awhile. They need to fix their app and website to be more user friendly AND/OR teach their employees how to give good customer service to us. Hopefully I get my food and do not wake up to misc charges on my acct. Very dissatisfied.

So I had mine Doordashed to me. I got a personal pizza and changed the marinara for BBQ sauce. Absolutely NO sauce on my pizza, was greesy as hell and my cheesy bread tasted very doughy. Plus they didn't even cut it... I've usually never had a problem with them but recently they've gone down hill. Idk if they got new staff in the kitchen but the quality is sad

I had placed an order 4-5 times. The place on Biddulph kept canceling my order. It was to the point I had called them asking what the problem was and why my order kept getting canceled. They told me to hold on a second and then hung up on me. It wasn't even a big order. It was one pizza and some cinnamon rolls

They disrespect I was trying to make an Order they continue to hang up on me in my face got the location wrong on my order then said they couldn’t fix they mistake…. I then canceled my order and waiting on my refund now .

I had ordered 4 pizzas as I had quite a few workers that day at the house. I was disappointed that the one was so undercooked, it was actually still "doughy" and I had to put it in the oven myself to bake it further. The other one the toppings were not even correct and to top it all off the pizzas came and were not even warm, the driver delivered them without the typical carry case used to keep the pizzas warm... I would suspect that they were never in the carry case based on how slightly warm they were. While the order came quickly, I would have rather waited a little bit longer and had the pizzas warm, appropriately prepared, and baked completely. Exceptionally Disappointed!
