Went in a wing stop that was open for business told told me he could not take any more order because he was the only employee that could run a register and cook. Wow this is unbelievable. You never train at the expense of you customers.

Sad place to get wings. Employees are ridiculous. Noone is working they are all on their phones crying about having to replace money in the drawer cause it keeps coming up missing lol.....need a new crew lol

This is probably one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. The wings were just average and this place is filthy. Also, we were treated rudely. The manager told us we had to place our order online because they could not take it in the store. Once we received our order, we asked for extra ranch and was told they were not allowed to give us more ranch because it was an online order and cost $1.50. We offered to pay the dollar 1.50 charge, however the manager said no, that was not an option. Then I asked for salt for my french fries and was told they don’t carry salt because of diabetes. What does that even mean? Salt does not cause diabetes, and what are you serving soda with sugar. It was a really tense atmosphere, and this lady manager clearly did not posses ANY customer service skills. I would NEVER return to Wing Stop.

Too salty, too many "dry rub" flavors, needs more SAUCE and more moisture, less salt more flavor, and I guess you CAN get bone-in wings but you have to be careful to select that on the menu or else you're just getting a chicken McNugget.I was actually able to eat all five "atomic" "wings" (You should just rename them to "medium spicy nuggets"). If I'm ordering something called "Atomic Wings" I should regret it after taking one bite. Your tongue should sting from the spice, not the saltiness.Three stars instead of one because I was hungry and needed some food and it was there on time when the driver went to pick it up......Instead of like Chipotle where oblivious workers claim that it isn't ready yet and the delivery driver has to point it out and say "are you SURE that's not it right there?" While pointing to the bag of cold food that's been sitting on a table by itself in plain view for 20 minutes.3 stars for being better than Chipotle.And the chicken meat was pretty solid, it wasn't mush, it was edible and would actually be somewhat good if it wasn't doused in salt, but these are NOT "wings" with bone removed and skin and moisture still attached, which is what should be strived for when someone makes "boneless wings". They are chicken nuggets............thankfully with the texture of the meat still intact. Its definitely not pink slime, at least. So it's better than McDonald's nuggets.They should change the name to NuggetStop.

This by far the worst place one u walk in it’s dirty two u got all the working just chilling u got one vaporing other one said racist joke which was lucky I just had my man walk out. And the food was worst it was super salty u get zero

For someone to be on register, they have to have a positive, upbeat attitude. Looking around and slurring your words, sounding like you’re miserable and clearly don’t want to be at work is so annoying. I couldn’t even finish ordering because she said cash or card instead of “would that be all for you”, it’s sad that we can’t even enjoy getting a quick meal because we have so many people in this world with very poor attitude, no work ethic in them, no compassion for others. It’s like everyone in this day in age is annoyed to work. We need to do better!!!!
