Do not try the new butter crust pizza taste more like chef boyardee box pizza no cheese asked to bring it back and get a regular pizza they said no been going to Antonio for many years time for a change customer service here bad.

3HRS NO PIZZA; RETURN TRIPS!!! We ordered a pizza showed up at the 30min time given, after 20min longer told to come back in an hour that the oven was under temperature. We came back another hour later it was still not done, told it was coming after 45minutes this manager came out and started getting smart with everyone. He said it would be done now in 15 minutes after 15 minutes I requested a refund and the pizza the manager in the picture was rude and condescending; I WOULD CANCEL ORDER IF HE IS WORKING; beware he will lie and treat customers like garbage. He has no business working and definitely not in any capacity as a manager!!!!

Long time customer and seen customer disintegrated rapidly in last 2 years. This latest order I waited 2 hours and 30 minutes and was told that the order was on its way and in my area. After calling to cancel they then admitted it just got passed to driver and would be there “soon”, I told the kid on the phone I didn’t want it a wanted a complaint with manager, he put me on hold and came back on laughing and said “dickhead” and hung up…. ?♂️ please don’t waste your nights waiting for food that’s NEVER coming and horribly rude service with management that can care less and says to “call corporation.”Zero accountability and rotten service for mid over priced food. Please don’t order from Antonio’s because you will be disappointed

Terrible service. Zero communication. Waited over an hr for pick up just to be told the food hasn't even been made yet. Even though when we called they told us 20 mins for pick up. Wasn't offered a refund. Wasn't offered a credit. Will never order again.

Antonio's used to be our favorite spot but their hubris, dishonesty, disrespect to customers has me leaving this review. Not only did it take 2 hours and 30 minutes to get a honest answer that my food hadn't left the store they almost enjoyed that I was frustrated and disappointed in their service. After hour and 45 min they said driver was in neighborhood and be there shortly. When I asked to speak to a manager the boy on the phone called me a dickhead and hung up. Lol please save your time and money along with your frustration and don't order from them. Their corporate policies and attitudes have bled into their customer service and there is now is zero accountability and customer service..... Hope it goes out of business Btw I've been a customer there since they opened about 10 years ago.

5 stars!! They delivered pizza to my house for a party on time and in a snow storm! Much appreciated. The pizza was delicious and got lots of compliments on it from guest. Way to go!

Disappointed ! Been a customer for years ! Used this company for a party over a month ago . Recieved half size antipasta salad was completed wilted. A handful of my guests seen it . I was embarrassed . And there went one of the salads for the party . I called talked to Spirit at Middleburg Hts location . Talked to him at least 10 times . He said he would handle it . Never did . Said he would call back never did . I never knew it would be so hard to get a refund when the salad went in the trash . Have a party next week . From this I wont give this company anymore of my business .

Stopped in tonight at 10pm to order catering what an exceptional employee that took our order Teri reassured us that everything would be on time and correct as. We had an issue in the past. Antonios is lucky to have someone like Teri representing their company!!!
