The young lady at curbside was so nice friendly, and on the ball, you'd never guess it was 10 degrees and windy outside! She's a fine reflection on the restaurant and the food is far better than the Strongsville location!

Worst service I’ve ever received in my entire life. Our server was Madi, she came to our table 3 times, once to ask for our drinks, once to ask for our order, & once for checks. She never asked how our food was, we all had empty drinks, and she would go missing for 20 minutes at a time. There was no reason for it as there were 3 other tables & there were 3 servers on. At one point I even screamed “can someone get our server” & no one batted an eye. Good luck to my fellow customers.

Came in yestarday night, was going good up until I paid, and was about to leave, and some dimwit broccoli hair dbag server wanted to see my bank account to see that I paid, on your table tablet thing. Never again will I come back after that fiasco. Asking veterans to see their bank statement for a burger they paid for and left a tip for is a new low.... wish I could take that tip back!
