I don't know what happened here. Food was always good. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a kids chicken nugget meal. The chicken sandwiches were so dry and tough,like they sat under a heat lamp all day,curly fries were soggy and cold,and the crinkle fries in the kids meal were hard and dry. All inedible,such a waste of money. Arby's,,,you lost a loyal weekly customer.

I went there arby’s on the 12th of july. It was my first time ever going there going a while, i was greeted by a girl i think named Jorydn, honestly one of the most hardest workers there. She was super sweet and knew everything going on. Give that girl a raise.

CC machine was having issues and kept declining multiple methods of payment. Manager would not accept the fact that problem was not on our end. Manager on duty was very rude and condescending to us and her new training employee. This happened on 7/22/23 at around 7:30pm. I sure hope that new employee leaves and finds a better job. No one deserves to be treated that badly by a manager.

Ordered Mac & cheese, a beef & cheddar, and a half pound meal. What we got was 1 drink, 2 beef & cheddar and a fish sandwich. No fries, no Mac & cheese. Maybe I was too nice when I called but I couldn't go back at that moment and the manager never offered to make any of it right.

They've been doing good on our orders for awhile, but dropped the ball today.I ordered a Greek gyro and a fish sandwich deluxe. The gyro looked like it had been warmed up in a microwave, the meat was extremely greasy, the lettuce was mush and the sauce was in clumps. The fish I ordered without sauce and it was drowning in sauce.I hope this was an isolated incident and won't happen the next time I visit
Food was fresh and good. Solid. Still spendy tho if not a special.
