Not like it used to be the veggie rolls had no veggies in it got 4 of them and the veggie fried rice was more so yellow rice with veggies honestly don't think it was fried at all

If there was an option for minus stars it would be it . I’ve been going to food king for a long while and they have really out done there selves with the new ownership. Gnats and flies buzzing around while I tried to get my food . Not to mention I order orange chicken and there wasn’t anything orange about it .it should not be spicy . If this wasn’t the most rushed put together dish . Do not recommend to come back here I certainly will not be .

I ordered egg fried rice with scallions and when the delivery came in they were missing the scallions I called to have it corrected only for them to tell me that there was nothing they can do except have me come and pick up scallions. Management is terrible, no help what’s so ever. I have been ordering from there for a while and I guess they have new management which explains it, my rice was also hard.Wouldn’t recommend this place.Also my husband went there to pick up an order before and said it was dirty inside.

I drive 20 minutes away from my house to eat here. The food is always so good. I just love the pepper steak and sweet and sour chicken combo plate. Best of both worlds on one plate. They are friendly clean inviting. I’ve also realized a lot of Chinese restaurants have been giving their fortune cookies from a cheaper place. They’re just not the same buttery fortune cookie, well food king has the best fortune cookies to.

This place used to be amazing. We ordered today after finding out they were under new ownership. The gen Tso’s chicken was completely different. I guess you call it mystery chicken. ? I would not recommend this place to anyone. Waste of money.

Grew up in Brunswick my entire life and this place is one of my childhood favorites. They’ve been in Brunswick since before it’s grown to the town it is now. They’re a family run business with fair prices, great food, and filling portion sizes.Their egg drop soup always made me feel better when I was sick and their noodle dishes are always great. Glad to see they’re still doing well.

The restaurant closes at 9:30, we got our food at 8. The food was done just as we finished putting away our groceries from shopping, super quick. The food was very hot, orange chicken was crispy not soggy. Tasted very fresh. Super easy checkout, and we were able to grab whatever sauces we needed. I’m sure it was not intended but we also got some free egg rolls as well. The fried rice was very tasty as well, not too soft not too hard. All vegetables were cooked perfectly too.
Either I got a bad order or all the reviews here are left by people who clearly do not know what good Chinese food is. I’m from Cleveland where we have an abundance of Chinese restaurants that ALL taste amazing. Since moving to Brunswick I have struggled to find good Chinese. This is the 3rd place we’ve tried. We got the general tsos chicken… idk what this chicken was but gross. Never again.

I'm a person that will go out of my way to call a place and tell them how good their service was or give them a good review, or call and tell managers how good their worker was to me. I just spent $40 on takeout for my family and all of the chicken that we ordered is dark meat breaded chicken (sweet and sour and orange chicken), looks like pork.... If there is actually meat inside. Never in my life have I ever had sweet n sour chicken be dark meat with breading. It's disgusting. I could deal with the dark meat if it tasted good. But it doesn't. It's the worst chicken I've ever had. It looks nothing like chicken. First time ordering from them and I told them when I called. They offered to do nothing because the reason is.... that we don't like it. None of us do. Waste of 40 bucks. Very gross. $40 is a lot these days when everything is so expensive. Very unhappy.
