This restaurant was recently changes hands. Did a great job on remodeling. Bright and welcoming. Nice family menu

The food was good - but I don't know how you justify charging $17 for a sandwich with 5-6 thinly sliced jalapeños, some cream cheese, and three tiny pieces of bacon. The "popper" sandwich couldn't have cost more than $1 for them to make. That mark up is astronomical. The way it was advertised on the menu I was expecting actual jalapeño poppers on the sandwich. Nope. Just some slivers of jalapeño and a child's portion of bacon (extra charge too). Oh well.

Was here from out of town and someone from the Rock & Roll museum recommended this place. This place didn't disappoint. Was going to try one of the burgers but the waitress suggested the Cleveland Cheesesteak; pulled beef brisket with sautéed onions and mushroom, provolone and some aioli. This was sooo good. Was glad to have tried this instead of the burger.

Very disappointed, I came here based on two other great experiences at other Melt locations. I was looking so forward to the lasagna godfather sandwich and I've been craving it since I've tried it in Columbus last year. There's nothing worse than going to a place based on craving their great recipe and they. I longer have it. They don't even have iced tea.

I love a good sandwich. Melt is a great place for good and unique sandwiches. I got an email from an old co worker who was coming to town from Texas. Wanting to meet up for dinner he chose Melt. When he lived in Ohio I introduced him to Melt in Avon Lake. So when he came back this way he wanted to meet up at the original. Being the responsible one. I am always on time so I beat most of the team to most places. During my wait I had a few cocktails. I order one Cream Soda Manhattan. That was a very unique taste and I definitely would order that again. Still awaiting my team I had to order a dude goes south for the winter. It is a white Russian on steroids. At dinner I had the cowabunga. Who ever thought of putting pizza rolls on a sandwich is a genius. I added the pepperoni as the menu said. MIND BLOWN.

Overpriced and a fad. It's a grilled cheese sandwich for crying out loud. We stopped there once and it was a three hour wait. What!?!? We went to Joe's Diner in Rocky River. I'm sure the shine of off that apple by now. I still won't pay those prices for a grilled cheese sandwich. I mean really...should you eat that much cheese? I want balance in my sandwich, Melt does not deliver.

I had the waffle combo for breakfast that came with two eggs bacon and sausage. While the waffles are not homemade they were nonetheless still very tasty two small round ones stacked together was just the right amount. The other person in our party had the breakfast burrito and asked for the sausage in it to be placed on the side which it was she was very happy with the flavors in the burrito the cheese the veggies and the eggs were all quite tasty. The portion was very large and we took half of it home. Wait staff was very friendly the facility is clean and they have a varied menu.

As much as my wife and I wanted to love this place, after this experience we legitimately tried to figure out if we've ever had worse food than we had here for breakfast. I could only get through a few bites of the Irish skillet, my wife ordered Belgian waffles which were more like soggy Eggo waffles that were defrosted in a microwave. What really took the cake was when my 4 year old choked on a piece of bacon bc the bacon slices they sent out were flappy uncooked pieces of fat. Prices were reasonable but I would gladly pay a few more dollars for the food to be more edible. Maybe this was just a bad day for them but unfortunately we will not be going back.

Went there for breakfast. First up ordered coffee. Server brought coffee to us with her fingers on the RIM of the coffee cup. Didn't drink it. Later saw the same server carrying the coffee carafe around not by the handle, but by the neck of the carafe. Please let's be more careful when serving. Trying not to catch the 'rona!
