Terrible experience. Showed up at 8:30pm and was confused why the open sign was turned off… I’m greeted by the employees all giving me a dirty look and trying to put the food away 30 minutes early. Nobody asks what I would like….. I just had to proceed to order my burrito all while getting a death stare from the employee. Not one word was said to me. I order chicken and guac - and get the smallest serving of them I have ever seen…. She then puts a heaping amount of lettuce on my burrito. It was entirely made of lettuce and cheese while I paid full price for chicken and guac. Worst customer service I have received in my life…. I never leave reviews anywhere, but had to hop on here for this one. Will never get my business again

Only got half portion and burnt green peppers. I ordered a bowl and double the meat. I paid $14 for my meal alone. My family ended up throwing them out and I ate around and finally pitched the meal. I even added my own chicken to the meal from home.The general manager seemed like he did not care. General manager Jimmy. Then Jimmy said; his boss told him to only give me 10% back. Then he demanded to know my name, He said I saw the review you posted. I asked what is he talking about because I did not post a review until today. I refused and he stated, “Tell me your name. What is your name”. I then told the manager I was not giving you my name. The general manager demanding to know my name, was acting like he was a law enforcement officer.

I already had called and asked if I could order over phone and pick up because had an appointment. I was the only one in store and there were 4 people behind the counter just acting like no one in store. So I said could someone help me, I am the one that called and I have an appointment. Never been there, so was asking questions which they seemed aggravated. Then place order. 2 people started it and then 2 more people came in store, got their orders made as mine sat there waiting to be finished. Rude, arrogant and overpriced! Will never go back!

So me and my girlfriend both got burritos the size of a baseball. I even asked the guy making them why is he making them so small. And he replied in a rude tone telling me this is how they always are. I'm honestly baffled by this experience. They were smaller then a burrito from Taco Bell. I come here often and the burritos are always huge. I don't know what the workers problem was

The young woman with blonde braids who made mine and my father's sandwiches was an absolute sweetheart and she was very personable when we asked questions! Do whatever you can to keep her, she's such an angel! Got home and ate my burrito and it was the greatest Mexican food I've ever eaten! Anyone who says Chipotle is better is on something. ??♀️Vegetarian options: You don't need to add meat at all and they won't force you! Plus the staff is very friendly if you ask about which ingredients are in what. ^^Kid-friendliness: My kid siblings felt very welcome and the one making our food, a young woman with blonde braids, was very sweet and accommodating!Dietary restrictions: Very adjustable, can remove things and add things as needed! I, myself, have a nut allergy and a seafood allergy and I felt very safe eating there!
