These guys have climbed on top of subways game. Meat sliced in front of you, good; breads, service and great quality condiments. I've been frequenting Jersey Mike's for about the last 5-6 years in northeast ohio and it has never disappointed, not once. Love this place.

Have been a loyal customer for ten + years. Always order the same sub. I requested extra cheese as I always do. Not only was there not extra cheese that I paid for but there was barely any cheese or meat on the sub. When I talked with the individual who took my order. He stated there is a difference between extra cheese and more cheese WHAT. He refused to remake the sub. I was so angry at the way I was spoken to. This is not the customer service that Jersey Mike’s is noted for. I will never spend my money at Jersey Mikes ever again.

Extremely satisfied and honestly (pleasantly) surprised at the caution EVERY staff member took today with our gluten free sandwiches!!! They were made aware of our gluten allergy and took the time to change everyone’s gloves, wipe down surfaces, use different knives, use different areas to prepare. Truly glad there is a sandwich shop for us to go to where we feel comfortable. Thanks jersey mikes Brunswick. I've just finished reading the Yelp reviews for Jersey Mikes, and all I can think of is Gerald from Southpark writing scathingly negative reviews for a sub sandwich restaurant. You people all need to relax. This is a sub sandwich place. You're going to get a sub at a competitive price point. That's really all there is to it. If you like sub sandwiches, and you're sick of Subway, then Jersey Mike's is a perfectly good alternative.

Ordered the grilled portabella mushroom & Swiss, portabella cheesesteak, and the chipotle chicken cheesesteak. The cheesesteaks were ok but we’re skimpy on the meat. The grilled portabella mushroom & Swiss had almost nothing in it. We could not believe it. Shame on you Jersey Mikes to give us that quality of subs for what we paid.
