Place is a joke no managers no employees their make line is broken and they have to fill it up with ice. Their drivers are jokes. Foods always messed up .. they hire idiot people to deliver the food worst place never going there

I will not even leave them one star it seems like every time we order a pizza here it's brought to us and it's the wrong order or something is messed up on it. This last time we ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with cheesy bread after 45 minutes of not getting the pizza I called and they said it was on its way after an hour of not receiving the pizza I called again and the manager Aiden told me the pizza had been delivered told her that we did not receive it I sent my grandchildren to go look for the pizza and the driver left it in front of the garage door not the front door it was ice cold and yet again the wrong Pizza no pepperoni when I called back asking them to please send the right pizza I was told they would have to charge me another delivery fee for a mistake they made I told them that it's not my job it is your job to fix your mistakes she told me to bring the pizza back and they would replace it again I told them it is not I paid the delivery fee and got the wrong Pizza it is your job to fix the mistake there is no pepperoni on the pizza the manager Aiden Ben said do you have proof there's no pepperoni on the pizza like what do you mean do I have proof I'm sitting here looking at the pizza there's no pepperoni what more proof do you need please send your driver to get the pizza and you'll see there's no pepperoni on it the manager Aiden then said I am not sending my driver out there to deliver another pizza if you can't prove to me there is no pepperoni on it after going back and forth with Aiden several times I finally gave up and will call corporate make a complaint and post this review here as well as in the paper I have never been more disappointed in a place than Marcos even more disappointed that their management is allowed to behave in such a manner where they called me a liar and the manager Aiden did say you're a liar what a disappointment but very poor management shame on you Marcos

Never got my order. Ordered an hour in advance. Then when I got there they said it would 10-15 minutes. 20 minutes later, still no order and had to cancel so I can get my kids home. STOP TELLING PEOPLE 45 minutes and tell them you are swamped and it will be an hour and a half. Everyone in the store was waiting for 20-30 minutes even after they called ahead

Out of about the last 20 times I have ordered from the Marco's Pizza in Brunswick Ohio, they have only gotten my order correct one time. It's not rocket science. All it takes is actually reading what the customer orders and it's not like I ever have a big order. It's usually one pizza and maybe some breadsticks once in awhile. It's typically not busy when I order either, so the employees must either be illiterate or just don't care. Come on Marco's, it's about time you hire even halfway decent employees, or it's time to go somewhere else, which I don't want to have to do. Your pizza might be good, but it's not worth the aggravation.

Sure would be nice if I could actually get a hold of someone in this store. Nobody ever answers the phone when you call, EVER! This has happened more than a handful of times, but on the rare occasion someone does answer they have an attitude and are rude as hell. I'm not dealing with that anymore!

I don’t want to bash the place. I do however think ? orders should be recorded. So that they have to go back and listen to them for accuracy I don’t have many negative comments. Only because if i do have a negative experience or a messed up orders the managers at the ones I order from are quick to make it right. Now if something changes in that regard. I will be back on here to give a different review.?
Pizza is good and at a reasonable price. Always check the online specials.

I didn't receive my correct order. I paid an extra $6 for toppings & side sauces & didn't receive either one. I called Marco's Pizza and the guy who answered the phone seemed helpful and wanted to help me, but the manager did not want to deal with a 2nd call of wrong order, so he told the employee to tell me to call DoorDash and deal with them. I heard him in the background. I haven't ordered from Marco's Pizza in a long time and now I know the reason why.

We just ordered food and we ordered two subs which came to us via door dash an they came to us RAW cold meat cold everything and there both hot sandwiches they should of been toasted and the bread was cold. Unacceptable!!
