It's sad how a bunch of people can't follow simple instructions. We asked for sauce on the side, we got sauce on our burgers. We asked for no cheese on one burger, there's cheese. Asked for extra pickle, was charged for it, but did not get it. I have two pickles on my burger.Why are we paying children $15 an hour to screw things up so much?

So I ordered the number 7 first most of the drinks that I like are out Or flat. Then they bring me my food my fries are cold and they change them for some that were slightly warmer than the first. The only thing I felt was right was my caramel sundae. This is the reason why I have been to McDonald's since 2005.
The guy at the window he said good name was Ryan was so sweet and kind. Thank you McDonald’s for hiring people like this.My kids were screaming and he was so patient.

Wish I could give zero stars. Lady taking our order was incredibly rude for no given reason. Everyone has a bad day, but that was an awful experience. We waited 41 minutes for a nugget happy meal and six chicken nuggets… we only got four nuggets and the happy meal was a burger… please just do not come here.

Went to the restaurant this evening, I come to this location often and there was a manager I have never seen before I believe his name is joe he was screaming at a young girl because she didn't know how to work something I heard her tell them she was never taught and he told her to figure it out. I thought about this all the way home I had to run back because of my own error and that same girl ask the manager if she could use the restroom and he would not let her another woman was waiting for her food and she looked at me and said this guy should be fired. He was loud enough where customers could hear him and that poor young girl I felt so embarrassed for her but She handled it very well despite her being a little teary eyed. I will NEVER go back to this location at least not until the hire someone who knows how to treat their employees.

I paid $20 for a delivery of a 10pc nugget, lg fry and shake for my son… the order showed up finally an hour later with no shake no replacement call or options for his shake, and shorted his nuggets…. No more delivery from here!
Worst McDonald’s you can go to might as well go to Perl ans avoid this McDonald’s they are the worst service the worst drive threw the quality of the food is sub par do not go here if you cs. Avoid

So I went here today for food. I get to the drive thru lane and after the recording talks "are you using the mobile app today" I respond no. Well nobody talks after that, I wait about 15 seconds and say hello, nobody responds still. Its 3 minutes I say hello again and nobody responds still. At this point 2 cars already get their order taken that came after me on the other speaker. Well I go to the window and I tell the kid "with a smile obviously " is your speaker broke nobody answered me for 3 minutes? He said i dont know. So the next window this kid doesn't even speak so i said "hello how are you"? He just looks at me and struggles to respond and says "oh hi" clearly they dont want to work and not one time did amy of them apologize for not talking at the speaker , like i was bothering them by ordering food there lol what a dump. Worst than the strongsville location.
