We are used to driving 30 mins to Mansfield to get Mr Hero's. But since they haven't started on the new building yet and tore down the entire strip mall of the old one, we travel an hour to this one in Brunswick.We loved that we could eat inside.The cashier lady was nice and friendly. The store was clean and the food tasted fantastic!

This Mr. Hero is my favorite to visit. It's clean, the staff has always been very friendly to myself and my family and their food is great. Great atmosphere to just relax, zone out and eat some Hero's!!
Bought 2 Roman Burgers supposedly cooked fresh to order but less than 5 minute ride home bun was flat and dry, very little sauce and very little everything and was barely warm. Went back to voice my dissatisfaction 2 days later due to other obligations since I didn't have my receipt they called me basically a thief. The worst customer service from New owners didn't to make it right. Don't plan on coming back. Never had this problem with previous owner

The Chicken Philly with potato wafer fries with malt vinegar and cheese sauce is my favorite here. They have a great selection and just about everything is customizable. There's usually little to no wait time, friendly and quick service.My only complaint would be, they always have their tv on Fox news, besides that no complaints.They have coupons and an app available, you can order ahead and schedule your pickup as well.

Apparently Mr Hero doesn’t not really care about in person customers. I visited this Mr Hero to take home dinner, I was told that there would be a 45 minute wait because they have a lot of door dash orders to fill! Ok the pandemic is over folks, I thought the customer is always right and it would be nice if you could take care of your in store customers. Won’t be visiting this store anytime soon.

Service was wonderful' the gentleman here was great. The problem we had was the value, the food went up and the portions went way.... Down. My husband's Roman burger looked like a flat Hamburger from McDonald's.
