Drinks were all fine, lady named Jenni sounded miserable while taking our order (especially after we asked to do two separate orders that totaled to only three drinks all together ?). She was not pleasant in her tone or in telling us they were out of something. Same attitude at the window. Easter is the day of resurrection, not to have a poor attitude!

I went to this starbucks almost everyday for five years, the store has gone down hill. I lowered my stars to 2. Its lack of management is a joke. Do a better job. Sorry but your coffee is not worth a 25 minute wait in a drive thru because the GM doesn’t know how to run a store.

I accidentally drove past the speaker and couldn’t back out (I was picking up a mobile order), the barista COMPLETELY IGNORED ME (2/4 evening shift), I had to leave my kids in the car and run in to get order. SUCH rude staff, never coming here again!

First visit to this location, staff was kind and patient and courteous. They're well staffed and full of hustle! I didn't try the breakfast offerings so I didn't rate that portion. Excellent chai and peppermint mocha!

I was here to drop off an order for Instacart and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The manager even asked if we would like something to drink for doing the order for them. I didn't know what to get so she surprised me with a white chocolate mocha with brown sugar syrup blended frozen drink and OMG it was soooo good, my new favorite!

normally i enjoy coming to this starbucks location because everyone is so sweet and welcoming. but today the girl with purple hair was working the drive thru window and was so rude i couldn't believe it. my mom ordered a cold brew with extra almond milk and cold foam. when we received it i noticed it just looked like a normal cold foam cold brew with no almond so we asked. she said someone added it when the drink was made but i work at a coffee shop myself and know that the color of the actual drink should change when a milk is added. so then we asked if we could just get a side of almond milk in case (since we paid for extra almond milk) and she didn't say anything and just walked away to get it looking like we inconvenienced her whole day, when she handed it to us we said thank you and she just quickly shut the window without saying anything back and walked off. this was incredibly shocking because my mom and i are regulars and everyone is always so sweet and joyful no matter how their day is going and we always reciprocate that energy. i'm not sure what's going on with this girl to make her act that way but i hope it gets better for her.

I didn't get any food but I did order what my family and I got usually where we leave and it was just the same and very sanitized. Their pickup station is alphabetical of names, One thing I won't say is don't ask certain employees to add things that's already in the drink.
