Came to pick up an online order. It wasn't done. After being 15min late we sat for another 10 min only for them then to say "it didn't go through". We showed them our order number and recipe. We asked for our money back and was told "we have to call the app". So we paid for 2 subs we didn't get and were treat rudely after we waited patiently for nothing. Green haired girl was rude and useless. Stay away.

I have been coming to this location for months. Devon and Hunter are always very polite and thorough. However shame on management for the latest poor meat quality and a still unfixed pop machine.

Placed an order for pickup. Hot sandwiches were cold, none were toasted except the steak and cheese which wasn't even wrapped. It was stuffed into a brown bag where all the toppings fell off. Ordered a meatball with pepperoni, spinach and extra cheese. Got salami and black olives. Ordered bacon, egg and cheese on flatbread, got it on a hard footlong loaf of bread. Will not go to this location again.
