First time here it was Tuesday around 630pm. Took employee few mins but out of all yogurt machines maybe 3 were working.Fyi cost was PER OZ so after adding toppings it was pricey jmo.

The last two times I’ve made my way to this location, they have been out of most flavors, including the sugar free options, which I specifically visit for. The time before these, they were closed during the supposed business hours. Not worth the visit, which is a shame since this is the only frozen yogurt spot in the area.

6/14 machines were out of order, and half the remaining working machines were sorbet, which is simply not the one thing—frozen yogurt—I came to a froyo place to get.

Not 100% sure why there's a tip jar when the person working is just standing behind the counter while all the tables are dirty, the machines do all the work anyway, and half of them are empty.

We came to get frozen yogurt here for my husband’s birthday and found the place closed for a private party. There was no mention online of it being closed during the hours they are publicly open. We like the frozen yogurt here but we were very disappointed.

We walked in and no one was there to greet us. It was quiet, with one other family in there. We have a little guy so we were looking for a highchair for him. The girl came out when we were ready to pay and she said they only have one highchair. There is also no place to change your baby unless you go out to your car or choose to change them on the floor. Not very convenient for a family friendly place. The pineapple Dole whip tasted old. I threw it away and got strawberry which tasted good.It's really decorated cute in there. It's clean as well. It's very expensive so watch how much you get. Maybe management will see my review and get more highchairs and put a changing table in both the men's and women's restroom.
