Service was very slow in brunswick..obviously your income is based on drive thru...however staff was friendly n I would be back of course...thanks for my birthday drink.

Dakota needs fired he was impatient,rude, obnoxious, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. He was cussing the entire time I was placing my big order for 3 people which he messed up my order, and items very missing and missing ingredients. Food was all cold like it had been sitting for hours. This happend at 1a.m. if something isn't done with him I will never return to the store

I don't blame the poor guy that was there he looked to be by himself and he obviously hated it, which mood, But there has gotta be more then 1 singular person there. Its not safe nor is it wise. Cause of him being by himself and so many of us in line. I had to pay for 3 items I never got. I ordered•4 soft tacos-only received 2•2 chips and cheese - only got 1• the rest of my order was correct then which was a bean burrito, the 2 soft tacos. I did get, the 1 singular chip, and my cheesy gordita. I also never received a receipt which I thought would be in the bag like they usually do but I don't even have a receipt to place my issue. Its a yummy place. But poor mangement or scheduling for making a poor human work by themselves. Im not even that mad, just disappointed. And petty for the poor guy. Company needs get better.
It's Taco Bell - if you are expecting 5-star amenities, you'll be disappointed. However, as far as Taco Bells go, this particular location is always on point. My orders are always correct, food always hot and taste is always great. It's reliable, convenient, and (relatively) cheap. My only complaint is that they no longer sell Gorditas. Why? It's just an uncooked chalupa shell. I never understood that...
They shut the grill off at 330 meaning 95%of the menu is unavailable on my lunch break and I'm not spending 2.00$+ on a . 50$ soft

Food was expensive and empty missing ingredients. Enchilada burrito with no enchilada sauce very little rice chicken or cheese. Half empty small cup of sour cream for 60 cents. Don't even waste your time.

The crunch wrap I received today vs. what it should look like apparently. This used to be one of my favorite menu items but I will not order another crunch wrap at any location after the one I received today. Taco Bell should be embarrassed to serve customers food with such low quality. Almost no meat (literally like they took one little spoonful and spread it on the bottom), sour cream, or cheese -- mostly lettuce, and for almost $6, that's robbery. If I was eating at the restaurant, I would have asked for it to be remade or for my money back.
Bunch of jokers at this location on night shift. Thinking it's funny to put a giant blurb of sour cream on the outside of the shell on the taco supremes between the wrapper and the shell, so it gets all over your hand when you try to eat your food.Ended up on my clothes. The steering wheel and the upholstery.Big chunk out of the shell on one of them. Two out of the three head sour cream between the outside of the shell and the rapper. Bad enough that their prices went up but then they're going to play practical jokes on their customers. This is the second time this has happened and it's always on night shift. Saturday and Wednesday after 11:00 p.m.

Literally the best taco bell I've had in years. Meat in the tacos was actually hot! Bean burrito actually had red sauce (most other locations don't include that it seems) Too bad all locations aren't this good. Or maybe this place was having a good day...
