Food was cold. Cheese wasn't melted on anything. No shells were toasted. Not enough workers. Need to shut lobby down. Had to wait 15 mins to get order. One lady waited the whole time we ate our food. Bathroom was nasty and lobby was very dirty. Definitely will not visit this place again.

Waited in drive thru with 2 cars in front of us for over 25mins, when we got to the window , I asked cashier Zachary how much longer and he said 2-3 mins when in fact it was 7min. We attempted to say we were dissatisfied with the wait , another team member of a different color pulled Zachary away from window and closed window in our faces, got home with food and our tacos not wrapped well and food all over inside of bag and all over cinnamon twist. They showed NO customer service and we are sure there was no supervison of these employees on a Saturday night. We were tired from grocery shopping , wanted a quick pick up for dinner and this was our experience. NEVER had this experience before, totally the worst Taco Bell experience we have EVER had! I will be calling cooperate.

This is the worst location on earth. Slowest service ever. I ordered online 30 minutes ago and I’ve been waiting in line behind ONLY 2 other people for 20 minutes. Is everyone on break? What exactly is the hood up at this store?! Just fire everyone and re-staff the whole place. Shouldn’t be hard as there must only be one person working here. I’ll never order from here again and it’s frustrating that I had to provide even one star for this zero star establishment. Cancelled my order after I waited for 40 minutes and pulled around the building and the whole staff was just standing outside smoking cigarettes. FIRE THESE USELESS KIDS!

This Taco Bell is horrible after 8 or 9 pm . The last shift people..Ive ran into issue's as a dasher and having food delivered. Two drivers were dispatched. Neither were able to get order. Uber eats finally canceled order..A Friend has also had issue's with this location..She seen the employees running around throwing food at each other..Your are better off ordering from the 303 location..

Came through pretty late tonight, the girl working on the register, she told me her name starts with a D, for the life of me I just can’t remember it right now.Probably the sweetest women I’ve ever met, best customer service and vibe!! The two people working tonight were awesome despite being busy.

Thought about trying something new today, drove through the drive through with no problems and got home to find my order entirely wrong, id slightly understand if it was busy but there was 2 cars in the drivethru....

Ordered uber eats the whole order looked like trash i spent like 50 dollars no sauce of course and that's literally what I was craving. Im pregnant and this was so disappointing ? uber eats couldn't do anything about it.
